« I booked this room because I’m currently on a weight loss journey, and my entire body was sore. I specifically wanted to use the hot tub for healing and rejuvenation purposes, only to find out that it closes at 9 PM. Unfortunately, I didn’t arrive until 9, so I was unable to use it. Since the hot tub was the main reason I reserved the room in the first place, I feel I’m entitled to some type of refund or compensation due to not being able to access the amenity that influenced my booking...
