« The staff was rude. When I check in they didn't greet me. Then gave me a room that was already being used by another person who was not in the room at the time , but the belongings was. Went back to the counter and told the person. He got upset. Then gave me another room. Didn't say when breakfast was. Didn't say that the pool was closed. He didn't say anything at all. Just shoved a key card at me. No room number said. Had to look for room number on key card. Tub in room was stained. No...

« The room that was given to us was a connection room and the people next door were so loud and blasting their music loud at 1AM. I had to call the front desks 3x until they finally settled down. This was my second time staying here after my first experience was way better than this time. If I ever choose to stay again I may request for the second floor on the city view side. »
