Auberges de jeunesse à Nord d'Albuquerque

« I usually appreciate Tru but his hotel in ABQ is very far from the usual standards of comfort of the others sisters locations of Tru hotels. First, staff is managed by Randi who has absolutly nothing to do with clients satisfaction. A intensive training to understand basics commercial behaviour seams necessary for this team... That's the first time I observe a no- solution manager in a Tru... Second, a gas station Maverick is just in front of the entrance and the hotel is just located at...

« Our room had a musty smell and the bed was hard, so we did not want to stay the extra night. It was too late for us to find a new place to stay. I will say even though we had 2 nights booked through a 3rd party you were willing to not charge us for the second night. That was helpful. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant too. »

« The stay was good. They allow dogs so prepare for howling or barking at 3 am. Most of the staff was great. I did have trouble getting my receipt from the girl in the morning which is super for frustrating as it was a work trip. »

« Hôtel très agréable, propre et calme. Le personnel très accueillant »

« The staff are not completely informed of whether or not they have cribs for families needing them. I called to check a month in advance and a staff member checked, and confirmed they had one. The information was noted in my reservation record. When I contacted them to reconfirm the crib’s availability before my arrival, the Front Desk staff members said they didn’t have cribs. ??! I said that a staff member checked weeks ago with housekeeping and they told me otherwise. I mentioned the request...

« Très bon etape comme d’habitude dans un Mariott. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Il manque une table et quelques chaises pour aller avec la cuisine »

« Very good customer service. Only Burger King close by by walking. 30 minutes walk to the balloon festival though which is great »

« Accueil froid mais professionnel, chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner correct. Dommage que la wifi ne soit pas sécurisée et déconseillée par Samsung, donc inutilisable. »

« Nice place to stay. Very clean »

« The property was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. The fitness center was small. But also there were some aesthetic / cleaning issues. We did not get a cleaning over our 3 night stay, there was some cracking in the drywall, the furniture / layout of the room made it feel really cramped. Good for the price though. »
