Poorly Maintained and Presented Resort
Great staff but resort very run down and poorly maintained and not presented very well. Wouldn’t take much effort or expense to make it a lot more presentable. Breakfast buffet was limited but very good what they did have for options.

Quiet location with no rooster crowing! It’s a bit far from centralized nongkhai but has free daily breakfast buffet. The condition of this property could use a little update especially with water flow inconsistent for showering; it goes from hot to cold instantly and mostly stays cold during showers.

Die Zimmer benötigten einen Renovierung und der Pool sollte mal gereinigt werden. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Und laut Homepage sollte eine Bar geben, war aber keins😠 Das Personal war zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant war zu und man könnte dann das Essen ausserhalb zum Hotel liefern lassen. Die Mitarbeiter hatten das für uns Geschirr usw. bereit gestellt und auch wieder alles weggeräumt. Fazit schöne Bilder auf der Homepage aber natura sieht es anders aus.

Nice hotel but very confusing at the front desk when it was check in. We had paid via expedia for two adults and two children so we thought but they said we had only paid for two adults which seemed very strange to me as they had reserved a room for four. So we ended up having to pay for two kids and two breakfasts extra which was an unexpected bill. They said it was expedias fault but when moving on to the next hotel booked in Bangkok through expedia done the same way we did not have this problem.

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel , etwas außerhalb des Ortes ,aber mit Fahrrädern ausgestattet. Sehr nettes Personal, leider kaum des E nglischen mächtig. Da wenig Leute hier waren , konnte ich den Swimmingpool genießen, schon eine laute Familie macht das Vergnügen zunichte. Frühstück a la carte war reichlich , aber etwas eintönig. Leider gab es auch nach mehreren Nachfragen kein warmes Wasser ! Die Zimmer sind gross und sehr schön , aber es fehlen Kleiderbügel . Wegen der Ruhe , vor allem in der Nacht ,habe ich um.zwei Nächte verlängert.

The location of our hotel is in fact one of the reasons why many travellers choose to come here, as it is quiet and not busy as other city hotels, and yet is close to many of the major tourist attractions in Nongkhai, which can be easily reached through our complimentary bicycles. I am also glad you found the breakfast to be plentiful. You are right to point out that our room is large and spacious. In fact, our average room size is bigger than most hotels in Nongkhai, even our entry-level room. This is to ensure guests can enjoy their personal space with the utmost comfort. I do, however, really apologise for the inconvenience with the water system. Our engineer team addressed this problem during your stay. The engineer team will be going through their routine checks more often to ensure the comfort of our guests. Thank you very much, and we hope to welcome you back here soon.

We faced a problem that the A/C unit in ghe room was too noisy however the hotel management decided to change a new room for us. Even through most of the room were fully booked but they can managed it. Thanks for a good service mind and a prompt action to solve a problem for us

quiet and relaxing friendly staff
If your looking for somewhere quiet in nong khai then this is for you ,its a little further out than the centre so you may need a bicycle or motorbike. The grounds are nice an its quiet ,it has a large pool I upgraded to room near the pool because you cant change the temperature in the other rooms which is not good as i allready paid twice as much as a normal room elsewhere where its up to you what temperature you want the room and not the hotel deciding how hot or cold your room should be,very strange! The staff were nice and friendly,breakfast wasnt much choice but I got them to fry some eggs as the ones allready coked were cold and a little over done ,you normally get fresh cooked eggs in a hotel not sure why they did that. Plenty of room for exercise or just relaxing in the grounds Would recommend for a quiet night buy you will pay a little more money than most in nong khai

I have also raised your feedback on the fried eggs to our F&B team and would like to point out that due to a large number of guests in a tour group that morning, eggs have had to be fried in advance to cater for a large group of guests. Nonetheless, our Eggs Station is always available to cook eggs in many styles to serve guests. The hotel is a bit far from everything, so get a vehicle if you're going to stay. Breakfast is amazing, a huge buffet great quality. Love the tub, but there never seems to be enough hot water. The pool is great.

the room is not that cozy or comfortable. just one thing good about this hotel is swimming pool... for this cheap price, one time will be fine. Far from the town.

We went to a restaurant on there recommendation not a very long walk but while we were eating they rang the restaurant asking management to drive us back to the resort after dinner A nice touch

최악의 호텔
우선 호텔닷컴으로 세명 얘약했으나 추가 요금 요구했어요. 호텔닷컴에서 해결해주긴 했으나 불쾌했습니다. 조식은 할인해서 250바트였으나 최악이었어요. 인스턴트 커피에 음식도 주문하라 했으나 맛도 없고 과일도 없고... 태국서 이런 름식은 처음 먹었어요. 수영장 발코니는 더럽고 물에 벌레가 떠다니고 심지어 아침에 물도 끊겨서 씻지도 못했어요. 물론 사과따윈 없었구요.

근계 우선 체크인시 불편을 끼쳐 드려 죄송합니다. 본인은이 문제에 대해 개인적으로 조사한 결과, 예약하신 방이 성인 2 명과 여분의 제 3자가 요청임을 분명히 알려 주시기 바랍니다. 체크인시 4 명의 성인이 참석했습니다. 따라서 접수 담당자는 추가 인원 요금을 청구해야했습니다. 약간의 오해에 따라, 접수 원은 2 명의 여분의 성인을 위해 그 요금을 포기했고, 단지 1 명의 성인을위한 250의 바트 (그것은 또한 할인되었다)의 단지 추가 아침 식사를 당신에게 청구 할 것을 부탁했다. 호텔 닷컴은 2 인 기준 (한 방에 성인 2 인 기준)이었던 한 방에 대해 요금을 부과했으나 한 방에 성인 4 인을 청구하지 않았습니다. 물에 관해서는, 지역의 전날 밤 폭풍우에 따라 지방의 많은 지역에 영향을 미친 농 카이의 전기 및 수도 시스템에 문제가있었습니다. 불편을 끼쳐 드려 죄송 합니다만 사과드립니다. 그러나 우리는 아침을 즐기지 못해서 유감입니다. 나는 손님들 대부분이 아침 식사 서비스를 매우 높이 평가 했으므로이 문제에 대해 직접 조사 할 것입니다. 당신이 우리와 함께 머물기를 좋아하지 않는다는 말을 듣고 정말 유감입니다. 귀하의 의견을 여기 모든 팀에게 전달하고, 호텔 닷컴 파트너에게 연락하여 향후 이와 같은 오해가 발생하지 않도록하십시오. 문안 인사 게스트 관계 담당 이사 ---- Please allow me to apologise for the discomfort you experienced during check-in. I have personally investigated into this issue. Please let me clarify that the room you booked, was for 'two adults' with '1 extra person' as a request. At check-in, there were 4 adults present. You were charged on the basis of double occupancy (2 adults), not 4 adults in one room. The receptionist therefore had to ask you for the extra person's charge. Following some misunderstanding, the receptionist had waived that charge for the two extra adults and asked to charge you for only the additional breakfast of 250 baht (which was also discounted) for only 1 adult. As for the water, there was a problem with the city's electricity and water system, which affected wide areas, following a storm the previous night. Please accept my sincere apology for this inconvenience. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our breakfast. I will further investigate into this matter, as most of our guests have rated it very highly. I am very sorry for this inconvenience and will take actions with relevant departments, and will address this with our partner to ensure smooth experience for our guests.

This is very good hotel, very quiet, food was good too. Only 1 thing I just want staff to check after cleaning the room because in the balcony not clean well.
