« Decent stay for the price. Good service, clean. Just may need an updating with the carpet and the you could see the outside light around the entire door frame, lol. Bed linens and towels were clean. Room had a basement kind of smell but it was an old building so kind of expected that. Definitely served the purpose for the night. »

« Good - smelled verry good - clean - friendly staff -nice freshly painted parking -very nice looking room, felt like a little appartment - really cool lights Bad - walls not very sound proof - acces to room from outside only - in the middle of nowhere - outside pool had a lot of bugs in it and is in the middle of the parking lot - no high chairs Overall good experience, for the price breakfast could have more options.( toast, waffle, cereal, yougourt were the options) »

« The stay was wonderful! An extremely beautiful view, clean and serene space, and everything was provided for. Dave and his family were wonderful, and helped provide everything we could need. Even getting us out of the mud on the first night. Close to some of the best wineries and eats in the area, and a short drive to some very visually stunning parks beyond the lake itself. Their dog, Willy was an extra, added friend to us, and made our trip even more special. - Pete »

« I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay. »
