Tres bon hôtel, très bien placé, du bruit de l'extérieur mais la personne à la réception nous a tour de suite proposé de changer de chambre. Le petit dejeuner est inclus alors que ce n’etait pas indiqué, donc tres bonne surprise. Et il y a tous les soirs entre 17h et 18h du vin et du fromage au bar gratuitement

Rooms are tiny. Bathrooms are tinier. Not even a shelf to put my toiletries on. Couldn’t get the heater going the first night but this was fixed. However, it was very noisy. Bed was Comfy Overall a neutral rating in my opinion. Location is perfect if Time Square is your plan.

Hotel in a great location between Chicago and Book of Mormon. Also enjoyed the on-site restaurant Serafina. I’ve stayed in different hotels in Manhattan and Would definitely stay here next time I am back.

The staff was always incredibly attentive and made my stay worry free. Elevators was having issues at times but the internet was solid. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely stay here again.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Room gebucht. Zimmer im 7 Stock erhalten. Das Zimmer eine absolute Katastrophe also wieder in die Lobby. Kein Entgegenkommen nur gegen einen Aufpreis von 250$ neues Zimmer erhalten. Zimmer im 8 Stock erhalten. Leider war auch in diesem Zimmer alles andere als in Ordnung. Die Dusche hatte kein Wasser. Also wieder in die Lobby. Zimmer im 10 Stock erhalten, dort gab es wenigstens Wasser in der Dusche. Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit solala. Für 5 nächste fast 2000$ lohnt sich wirklich 0. Lage Top. Aber NIEWIEDER

Room was very diety, heat didnt work , they did fix it but it smelled like mildew inside. Staff was friendly but the hotel is not as it appeared online

The hotel room was quite worn and small - not like the photos at all! The windows felt so thin, we could hear beeping cars and banging bins all night long like they were inside our room. The staff were really nice, though, and the bar area is lovely. The car the hotel arranged to take us to the airport was really good - clean car and professional driver which was great.

This was my first time in NY, and found this hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was spotless and our view was decent. In our checkout day, it was raining really hard, but they offered us an umbrella to use! Would book again

Love this property! Wonderful staff, great location, close by good dining and theaters. Only complaint is they used to have coffee and continental breakfast included and since Hyatt bought they do not offer this.

I think sometimes having over produced photos online backfires— this is a small boutique hotel with small rooms and common spaces but portrays a different image online. Once I appreciate it for what it is, it’s great, but the bar, lobby, lounge, gym are all about half the size you think it is. I had a nice stay though!

The physical plant feels old and tired and, in a few corners, even a little gross. No soap available in the room and housekeeping knocked early even with the do not disturb button activated. Front desk staff were very nice but I wouldn’t go back.
