Hôtel un peu vieillissant, la porte d'entrée de la chambre faisait du bruit quand un voisin fermait sa porte. Pas de bouteilles d'eau en chambre c'est dommage. En revanche, excellent petit déjeuner avec personnel très agréable. L'accueil n'est pas digne d'un hôtel de ce standing. On entre comme dans un moulin. Excellente situation géographique, proche de tout à pieds et/ou en transports.

L’hôtel est très beau mais malheureusement vieillissant. Les chambres mériteraient quelques rénovations. Tout est extrêmement froid et anonyme. On entre et on sort comme dans un moulin, ce qui m’arrange un peu personnellement mais qui pourrait poser des problèmes de sécurité. Sinon les literies sont plutôt très bonnes! Prévoir le renouvellement de l’eau potable serait plus agréable que d’avoir à le quémander. excellente position géographique permettant de se rendre partout facilement

Sofitel ? Sincèrement, une déception incroyable, cet hôtel a mal vieilli. Le personnel (sauf le personnel de chambre 👍) vraiment pas sympathique alors qu’ils n’ont rien à faire, l’hôtel était quasi vide. La chambre n’avait rien à voir avec ce qui était présenté sur votre site, au moins 15m2 de moins … le business center avec un seul ordinateur et qui bien sûr ne fonctionne pas. Vous ne donnez aucune information sur le fait qu’il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner sur place … bref, une catastrophe

Dès l'annonce de l'ouverture des frontières, j'ai effectué la réservation (petit déjeuner compris). Accueil simple, rapide et professionell. Hélas pas de petit déjeuner. Dommage que l'on doive par soi-même découvrir cet état de fait et que l'hôtel n'aie pas informé par avance surtout que le forfait petit déjeuner était compris. Déception toujours car j'attends toujours encore des nouvelles pour un dédommangement. Ce manque d'îfnormation n'est hélas pas digne d'un sofitel, la situation covid n'excuse pas tout. Sinon hôtel agréable, chambre devenant vieillottes mais très confortable. Petite déception pour la vue qui n'a rien de grandiose.

The hotel is well located and rooms are decent size, however the staff is not helpful nor cooperative. I left a dress in the room someone from the cleaning staff stole it. Be aware. Not the greatest experience. I would expect more from 4star hotel.

This did not feel like a 5 star hotel, we were super dissatisfied. We rented a suite because we were traveling with our daughter and wanted her to have her space and us ours, we did put in the reservation one child and there were no sheets, blankets or pillows for her, we called housekeeping and they took more than one hour to bring them over and after several calls and some yelling. Also they did not leave any water, there is no coffee or tea in the bedroom or any details that make your experience feel like a premium-5star hotel. We will definitely not stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful. Very nice and the staff were excellent. The room was spacious and I loved the size our bathroom. My only negative was the mattress. And when you don’t get much sleep because of the mattress it stands out. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The staff here are exceptionally good Very helpful and efficient My room was very clean and comfortable Had to move as noisy fan in first one But this was done as soon as I asked and with minimal fuss Good food and drinks

The pictures of the room when you book it have a great view, but not the reality. No water or coffee in the room. No hot water in the bath. Toilet is clogged but they don't fix it immediately.

The property is in a great location and the room was a good size. The bed was amazing. It was extremely comfortable. I think the property could use a bit of updating. It felt a bit dated.
