The hotel was dim and badly lighted. I am OK that perhaps the hotel was decorated after its name, but perhaps the lobby needs more welcoming colors, beige pale white colors. The rooms need a huge renov though, the cabinets in the bathroom are almost down. there was no volt when i booked for a room with one. the rooms also needed a cozy welcoming feel, and sadly i did not get that. The decorations of bare chested women and "50 nuances of grey" are definitely too much for very young adolescents. AIRCON and WIFI down for the first 3days and Robert was kind enough to have waived that fee. i am so happy that Robert, Barry, Daniella, Richard and Patrick did all their best to make me feel comfortable; so accomodating and nice that made all the big difference. Timesquare is just a few steps away, perfect location except summer, there was just too much crowd. Deli serving late hours are so convenient.
