Bon séjour
Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel qui était notre point d'arrivée aux US. Les nuits étaient un peu bruyantes (petites soirées entre amis autour de la piscine jusqu'à minuit - 1h) et la réception pas très réactive mais nous avons malgré cela passé un bon moment. Literie très confortable, chambre spacieuse avec cuisine équipée, service voiturier pratique (car pas ou peu de places de parking dans le coin) et le petit déjeuner était vraiment bon et copieux ! L'hôtel est un peu excentré de la ville mais c'est, du coup, plus calme.

Sale! Dirty! Don’t go there. Humain , hair, dusty. No room service and the staff don’t care. Even with Covid, there was roime cleaning in others hotels we went. But not at Sonesta.

Everything overall was great I just felt like one of the front desk workers could have been a little more friendly but she wasn’t rude just not very seemingly approachable. I would definitely stay again because the rooms were nice and roomy!!!!!!

After arriving in town, we thought we would have to wait hours to check-in. Our plan was to just leave our luggage and then go check out a museum until 4. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by staff who immediately was able to check us in. Our main concern after checking in was getting some good New Orleans food and the staff had plenty of recommendations! We tried a few and they were amazing. The staff was very welcoming and hospitable. My son loved the fact there was a lot to places to relax at the hotel after a day of walking. The hotel itself was closer to everything than we thought so we were pleasantly surprised at the convenience to the French Quarter, bus stops, streetcars and even the ferry! Next time we come to New Orleans (hopefully with my extended family) we are staying here!

From the moment I arrived, the staff was nice, welcoming, and approachable. Everyone! From the people at the counter checking you into the maintenance staff I would pass by, to the people serving breakfast. This reminded me of what I was missing by staying in Airbnb. I would stay at this location again.

I like that every room has a couch!! Ac works great. Just a nice big clean room. Maybe 15-20 mins walking from the French quarter. A walk I enjoyed for 3 days straight. Every employee I spoke with was always very nice and helpful. They even had fresh popcorn in the lobby. The free breakfast isn’t anything fancy, but it’s just what you need at this price

We had a great stay. We enjoyed the breakfast, the size of the room and suite, and the bed was comfortable. The only negative was the shower head. The water came out like spikes. I've never experienced such an uncomfortable shower-head. It would be an easy switch out to one more comfortable with a softer spray.

Good hotel , very friendly staff , comfortable rooms , the carpet in the rooms needs cleaning, also I would recommend to clean the patio area outside the rooms , it was dirty , and doesn’t look like it gets clean enough
