prix intéressant
Motel bon pour une nuit, vu les prix dans le centre de la nouvelle orleans, on reste sur du prix plus abordable, la chambre est grande, propreté acceptable, petit déjeuner on ne peut plus simple. Mais bien situé pour prendre un uber et se retrouver rapidement dans le centre.

I thought my stay would be much worse but the staff was nice....the room was relatively clean but smelled like cigarettes despite being a Non-smoking room. I will not stay here again; they are drug users in the area and it's located too far from the main attractions.

The staff did the best they could and relocated me to a room at the end of the hallway, but somebody in there is smoking like a coal train, and there is nothing one can do to get away from secondhand smoke, it just gets through and into everything. Windows don't open either so that's no help. They really need to have a smoking and a nonsmoking building altogether, or enforce whatever policy they have (if there is one). If you smoke, this place is fine. If you don't, well- It's about as expected otherwise. Room was clean and met my needs. Located right next to the freeway and area is marginal at best, but that is what comes with the proximity to downtown.

I have been going to New Orleans from Atlanta every 3-6 months since 2017 and staying at this property. I have never had a problem and I have always tipped the housekeeping and stripped my room and gather the garbage for them but this time I’m really unhappy and upset. We checked in Saturday night/Sunday morning stayed. We went to families house and when we came back to our room my laptop was shattered. When I said something to front desk the girl at the desk wanted to get an attitude and argue with me. I then told her I didn’t want housekeeping the rest of my stay and she said I had to have it but yet the last day I was there I didn’t have to.

Hi Lynette We are very sorry to hear that you didn't have a great experience in our hotel. We service all our stay over guest, no one from your room had mentioned no to clean there room. We have spoken with our staff, they don't see any laptop broken in the room.

The area around this motel was questionable, however, the property and the room were top-notch. Plus I did feel secure in the room I had. It was clean and everything worked well. I would definitely stay here again in the fiture.

Would have liked all door locks to work and exits to be more secure. Coffee in the lobby would have been nice, though restaurants were nearby.

Dirty, filthy, smelly, the bedsheets were covered in stains. I couldn’t sleep because of the noise caused by drunk people outside the hallway, the parking lot and the entrance.

Decent stay
Area around the hotel looked bad,and so did the building in the outside. The hallway wasn't great,but wasn't terrible either. Room was nice,big and clean. Interstate traffice is bad if your room is on the interstate side

Seriously.. this place was the worst motel I have ever seen. First off the surroundings are dreadful. The parking lot is all full of holes. There was caution tape strung everywhere and the power line situation overhead was making a creepy loud buzzing noise. When I booked the room it said there was secure locked parking. That was wide open when we arrived late at night. Several prostitutes working the lot and the manager was out there.There was a weird check-in window, but I ended up going inside. The lobby was gross. Got our key and went back to the car to find parking. More prostitutes and one getting yelled at by who I assume was a pimp. At this point I told my kids to leave their stuff in the car. Went inside the building the hall light was flickering like a horror movie. Found our room and when we opened the door we were hit by the smell of some kind of oil-based exterior paint. The cinder block wall room was painted a weird color like they just used whatever cheap paint they were able to find even though it was not appropriate for interior use. The room stunk so bad. There was no furniture really. There was a small table that was covered in filth. There were two queen beds with extremely dirty bedspreads covered in really gross stains and multiple burn holes all over them. There were small bugs when we first turned on the light. The floor was actually sticky. I told my kids we were leaving and that is what we immediately did. I can't even imagine the bathroom. So bad!

If you just need some where to sleep, this is the place. Nothing more nothing less. No breakfast served. No pools. Some of the tvs dont work in the rooms so you may have to change rooms a few times. Some of the electrical plugs are burned as if it was a near fire. Some latches for the doors dont work. If you trying to do Bourbon and stuff, you will need a car if you stay here to get back and forth. Because you cant simply walk to Bourbon from this motel.

The room was a nice size overall. The beds were comfortable. I could've used some bigger pillows. The lil fridge didn't get cold at all and there were barely any good channels to watch on the TV.

We had a service dog and the guy at front desk at night had already gave us the kyes and, as soon as he saw the dog, he wanted to change the room, with out any explanation. Plus. The woman working at the front desk in tge morning, said we can not have a dog there because she was allergic. As my known ledge,The motel is pet friendly and ours in not a dog, is a service dog and we showed his id at front desk.
