Nous honorons l’attitude courtoise et attentive des membres de notre équipe. Nous sommes cependant désolés d'apprendre que certains aspects de votre séjour n'ont pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Il est regrettable que vous ayez rencontré des problèmes de chauffage et un niveau de propreté loin d'être idéal. Ces problèmes ont été communiqués à notre équipe afin de les résoudre et de les prévenir pour les futurs clients.
