Dans l’ensemble c'était bien mais ce n’est pas l’endroit le plus propre. Il faisait très froid le weekend qu’on a passé en Nouvelles Orléans. Nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude, et l’air froid entrait par toutes les fentes autour de la porte. La tête du lit et le ventilateur avaient une bonne couche de poussière. Le personnel était courtois et attentif. Cependant c’était bien situé, parfait pour visiter le quartier à pied.

Il est regrettable que vous ayez rencontré des problèmes de chauffage et un niveau de propreté loin d'être idéal. Ces problèmes ont été communiqués à notre équipe afin de les résoudre et de les prévenir pour les futurs clients. Nous considérons que nous sommes arrivés à la fin de la période du Mardi Gras mais nous avons trouvé que l’endroit manquait de propreté. Tapis, murs et téléphone. Le wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas l’autre côté de la rue à notre chambre. Par contre, le personnel était super gentil, agréable et toujours prêt à nous aider. Les déjeuners manquaient de choux mais les biscuits fait maison étaient excellents!

Hotel St Pierre is a older property. It's not fancy and not modern, that's It's charm. I've stayed there 3 times and will definitely be making it a fourth in the near future. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The room they put me in was terrible. It was clearly not the room pictured when I booked it. No AC, non working tv and the room was a dump. They did put me in a better room the next day with working AC, but still non working tv. They refused any sort of credit for the first rooms night stay that was worse than the Bates Motel. They tried to say they upgraded me a a king room. Sorry not good enough. They should be embarrassed in attempting to put people in Room 142. The staff was very nice, but I’m sorry the property was a 300 year old dump! Great location, but they need to upkeep the hotel better.

Out of the four nights i stayed ,not once was able to get a restfull uninturupted sleep because of their dog policy!. the room below me had a dog that his owner left him alone every evening and the dog would bark!!! They would have to call the owner every night to come back and stay with the dog. Last night 3:00 in the morning it woke me up!! Never will i stay here again!!!!

The rooms are not all what they seem on the net. I was taken out of the hotel, across the street, thru a not so nice courtyard, up a set of narrow, short steps to a landing barely large enough for two adults and a suitcase. The room was clean and cold, which were pluses. But the tub did not have slip-resistant treatment (no bumps, no rubber mat) so I slipped getting in. Ended up straddling the tub's side, severely bruising my inner left knee and upper thigh, incurring a half dollar size red bruise in the middle of my right knee (which is a replacement), and cutting my right elbow, which became swollen and bruised as well. In the fall, I somehow hit the toilet (the room and bathroom were very small), which went askew and proceeded to flood the bathroom. The night staff tried her best bringing ice for both knees and water and having maintenance fix the toilet, but no one offered any type of compensation for what was essentially negligence on the hotel's part. Anyone would have slipped in that tub.

Property staff was excellent and friendly. Common area could use some tlc. The area the property is in is great and convenient. Room needed tlc. Had to ask for new towels and never saw housekeeping. No coffee supply’s refilled the entire trip. Nice propert that needs some tlc.

This a a beautiful, historic property in an excellent location, with great walkability. However, of the three rooms our party booked for 5 nights, the beds were seldom made up, linens were not changed at all. Cash was lifted from my wallet when I unknowingly left it behind one day. Very disappointing.

This was a charming place to stay for my daughter and I during Jazzfest. The staff (especially Adel) provided exceptional customer service and were some of the friendliest people in the city. This isn't like staying in the Sheraton or Marriott, but for a unique New Orleans experience close to everything, this was a great place to stay and a great experience.

Very old and historic set of properties. Mostly quiet area, rooms were good. No grass for pets though. You have to walk to one of the parks but they close by 7pm! Rooms were historic but they were not well taken care of. Very little low level maintenance such as repairing lamps, replacing bulbs etc. We moved rooms because of black mold the GM called "brick dust" but the wall next to said "brick dust" was rotting and I could have put a finger through the wall board. All walking to any of the party streets was about 10 minutes.

Customer service was incredible, amazing staff! It felt like staying at a cozy home away from home. Love the details and history that speaks through the establishment. Adorable flower laden courtyard, the room was very cute and comfy. We stayed in the Red Nichols room, each room designed with jazz musicians. Off the busy Bourbon street but close enough to get there easily. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This property is historic with modern touches. Close enough to the action yet just far enough away. One must keep in mind that it is comprised of several cottages that are up to 300 years old. Appreciate the lovlieness of that. It has everything you will need in the most charming of ways. All of the staff we encountered were happy to help with anything we needed. Front desk staff Jamie and Adel were top notch. Jeremiah with housekeeping always had a smile on his face. Upon check out they even offered to call us a taxi to be sure we didn’t miss our flight. There is no breakfast other than coffee in the mornings but just walk the short distance to Cafe DuMonde on Decatur street and enjoy the further ambience of New Orleans.

The only thing we suggest is that they need to clean those ceilings fans!!! In our room (115) the ceiling fan had at least half and inch of dust on it. Other than that, the hotel is great, it is located at the perfect place IMO, because you are in the French Quarter, however you are a few blocks away from Bourbon Street and other main streets; so you don’t need to worry about the noise. The staff was really attentive and great, they gave us amazing recommendations. Definitely we are staying there next time we visit NOLA.

Loved St Pierre Inn. Will definitely stay there again. If you are looking for modern this is not for you. If you are looking for charm and location this inn is the best. Very charming and historic. Felt like I was in New Orleans in the 1800s. The staff was excellent friendly and helpful making recommendations. An easy walk to anywhere in the French quarter. Fresh delicious coffee in the morning and ice water with lemon in the lobby in the evening that was much appreciated after a day of walking and sightseeing. We absolutely loved this inn and can’t say enough good things about it.

Everything was wonderful! Breakfast was excellent bed and pillows are so soft. Had a beautiful jacuzzi. My husband and i stayed in the Orleans room. They had stuff laying around like candy, chips, crackers all the coffee and hot tea you wanted we will be back.

Leroy was fantastic getting us checked in. He was very friendly and helpful. He shared recommendations to help us have an amazing time. The hotel was old, but very cool. Our room was spacious , clean , and we would definitely stay there again. The entire staff was super helpful!
