« I enjoyed a weekend away here with a few girlfriends and we were beyond impressed with this property! We immediately noticed how clean it was upon check-in. It looks even better than the pictures and the location is walkable to numerous shops and restaurants. An added bonus was enjoying coffee at the cafe that was right below us. I can’t say enough good things about our weekend here and I would absolutely stay here again! »

« the location is excellent proximity to downtown Portsmouth. It was so nice to be able to walk to and from dinner. Very quiet neighborhood. Charming old house with many older home quirks. The 3rd floor bedroom and bathroom are separated from the house but up many stairs so not too good for older adults and honestly more suitable for children or teens. It was quite stuffy however there is a nice breeze from the windows however. »

« The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. It was the perfect size for a small group of us to stay and be able to walk to shopping and restaurants. We had everything we needed, including a cute little snack area. I would say the only downside was that the building was very old and therefore not soundproofed. So we heard everything the young kids were up to downstairs, quite early in the morning. Still, we’d definitely rent again! »

« Adorable unit in waterfront neighborhood in downtown Portsmouth. Would be hard to find anything else like it. Cleaners missed quite a few spots to ready the property (including something on sheets) but otherwise place was great. No parking near property but owner provided garage pass for undercover parking a very short walk away. Unusually, refrigerator drawers were completely full of owner's drinks so that limits your fridge space - but if you don't need a lot that's not a hindrance. »

« We had 7 adults and 3 kids in our group, and we were very comfortable in this large home. Everyone had their own bedroom (the kids shared) and the main living areas were very nice. The kitchen is very nice and well-equipped, and we also appreciated the huge driveway / parking pad. The only complaints we had were minor - the bathroom on the second floor is attached to a bedroom, so you have to go through the bedroom to get to it (not ideal for the couple in that room), and the third floor stairs...

« Just staying one night in Lortsmkutj NH. Very good location and generally quiet. but like all newer “hotels” cheaply constructed ergo noisy. The eco shampoo and soap is insulting apparently like prisons we can’t be trusted with a bar of soap. The sheets were old and the sheer curtains had a big rip in them. Overall giving the sense of a money maker for the franchise but a poor representation of the Conrad Hilton brand. The place is somewhat new but tired already. »
