« The staff could not have been more helpful - David in particular - at reception and in serving breakfast. This really makes all the difference after a tiring day travelling. It was lovely having table service at breakfast. I was able to take my dinner to my room which I really appreciated too. « Vendu sur expedia comme un 4 etoiles, l'état d'entretien de l'établissement se situe bien en deça ! Très mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, d'autant plus que l'hôtel se situe à côté d'un parc d'attraction qui attire de nombreux enfants bruyants. Bon petit déjeuner. »

« Nous avons apprécié notre bref séjour dans cet endroit située en plein cœur de la New Forest. Endroit typique avec possibilité de voir des chevaux. Restaurant avec des plats de qualité pour le dîner du soir. Un petit déjeuner anglais et délicieux nous a été servi. Bien qu'en rénovation l'établissement est une belle bâtisse avec un grand parking. Le personnel est professionnel et accueillant. Je recommande cet établissement. »

« I will be looking forward to coming back again in the future. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much for them. You were left feeling like you were visiting family (in the all the best ways). The food was utterly superb. Nothing was pretentious, it was good portions and so flavourful. I really really can't remember when I last had a meal that good! The atmosphere overall was bubbling and warm. Everyone around me all seemed to be having a really positive experience...
