« Vendu sur expedia comme un 4 etoiles, l'état d'entretien de l'établissement se situe bien en deça ! TrÚs mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, d'autant plus que l'hÎtel se situe à cÎté d'un parc d'attraction qui attire de nombreux enfants bruyants. Bon petit déjeuner. »

« Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© notre bref sĂ©jour dans cet endroit situĂ©e en plein cƓur de la New Forest. Endroit typique avec possibilitĂ© de voir des chevaux. Restaurant avec des plats de qualitĂ© pour le dĂźner du soir. Un petit dĂ©jeuner anglais et dĂ©licieux nous a Ă©tĂ© servi. Bien qu'en rĂ©novation l'Ă©tablissement est une belle bĂątisse avec un grand parking. Le personnel est professionnel et accueillant. Je recommande cet Ă©tablissement. »

« Can not fault any aspect of two nights spent in the Burley Inn, nothing was too much trouble from all the staff we came into. Lorraine and Steve were particularly helpful, friendly and very polite. One very small negative point there was not a USB charging point in the room but a this was overcome by the staff providing a plug with a USB attachment. Would stay in the Burley Inn again without any hestitation if and when I am in the Area. Mike Glendinning »

« The room was large and generally comfortable but smelled stale - as if it had been closed up for a while. The bed was two singles zipped together and so very uncomfortable in the middle. The shower head was so disgusting we didn't have a shower and the tiles were cracked and coming away from the wall. The towels smelled musty and the toiletbrush was awful! One of the windows in the bedroom had swollen and so couldn't be closed properly. »
