Big clean apartment in quiet area for cheap money
Staff were really polite pleasant ,check in and out with no fuss what so ever English / Multi languages Really big spacious apartment,with a separate bedroom,fridge freezer,kettle,iron, everything you need. For the money.. Excellent value in a quieter part of town but really easy to get to Nessebar on the road train. Not much to do in the local area in the evening but the main commercial area 20 minutes up the road is pretty grim with tacky bars,tacky shops and genrally tacky,so your not missing much! Nessebar is lovely, inexpensive and just 10 minutes away. I'd recommend on a budget this hotel,for me,the downside with it being a family hotel there was far to many young kids running around constantly in and out of the pool from 8 am till 9pm.. never stopped.. but is a family hotel after all. This hotel,and resort overall isn't really set up for English tourist,.. I didn't see any English people "at all".. in the full week I was here.. Russian/Romanian possibly but had no problems in anyway with anyone or communication in the restaurants etc

not very clean sofa bed was broken no shelves in fridge but they did bring us a brand new fridge freezer after we complained the restaurant was closed quite a long walk to restaurants

Hotel rewelacyjny do wypoczynku z dziećmi - na wyposażeniu kuchnia oraz basen pod hotelem to duży atut. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna - piękna okolica i blisko do morza. Polecam!!!

Huoneistohotelli rauhallisella alueella.
Tilava huoneisto, hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Suuri parveke uima-altaalle. Wi-fi yhteys oli heikko, muuten ei juurikaan moitittavaa. Toukokuussa hyvin rauhallinen, vain muutama ravintola lähistöää oli avoinna. Bussipysäkki lähellä, josta hyvät kulkuyhteydet Nessebariin ja Burgasiin.

Good price, but not luxury
Friendly stuff, room okay. Everything nearby was either closed or expensive. Do not come after tourist season. We were waiting to swim in outdoor pool, but it was nasty. Good value anyways

Für uns war der September die falsche Jahreszeit die Abende schon zu kalt am tag das wetter zu unbeständig. Viel Geschäfte schon geschlossen. Wir würden es nochmals im August versuchen

Genialna opcja
Super doświadczenie. Hotel znajduje się pomiędzy centrum Słonecznego Brzegu i Nessebaru. Do plaży trzeba się przespacerować. Apartament ogromny i wygodny. Wyposażenie pomagające w trakcie pobytu. Sprzątanie w trakcie pobytu na wysokim poziomie. Bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa. Ogólnie najlepszy wybór jakiego mogliśmy dokonać. Polecam, zwłaszcza po szczycie sezonu.

Lovely place at good price
We had a great stay. Hotel friendly, rooms spacious. The cleaners were not in on a daily basis although did leave toilet roll every day and emptied bins. Towels changed on request. These are not 5* if that's what u want look elsewhere....for what we paid these were perfect for us. Situated nearer to Nessibar end, once u get used to using the bus its not a problem going to the centre of sunny beach takes 5mins. There is a shop and in high season a supermarket at end of road.Also on site is a restaurant...nice food cheap prices. I wld also recommend if u are travelling with children this wld be a great stay.

katasztrófális, senkinek nem ajánlom!!!!!
- a hotel nevét egy alig látható, eldugott tábla jelzi - a zárt udvarban történő parkolás bonyolult, szűk hely - a fül, mint hangszigetelést jelölő ikon náluk azt jelenti, hogy mindent hallasz, ami a szomszédban történik, még egy köhintés is áthallatszik, a fölötted már hajnalban trappoló lábakról nem is beszélve. Éjszaka az ajtók csapkodása menetrendszerü, hajnalban pedig kopácsolnak, tehát pihenni, normálisan 3 óránál többet aludni nekünk az egy hét alatt lehetetlen volt. - a hálószobai ágyban régi, süppedős rugósmatrac van, eltört rugókkal és a legkisebb mozdulatra iszonyú nyikorgással reagált. Reggelre sikítani tudtam volna a derékfájástól.... - a gyerekeknek a nappali kinyitható kanapéja használhatatlan volt, annyira meg volt nyúlva, hogy a szivacson aludtak a földön - a fürdőszobában a törölköző tartó letörve, sem egy kis polc, sem egy szélesebb mosdó, amire a pipere holmit lehetett volna pakolni, a csaptelep mozgott, de a kezünk amúgy is alig fért el alatta, olyan kicsi volt - a zuhanyfülke a szilikon tömítéseknél vastagon fekete penésszel bevont - az egész fürdőben átható húgyszag, hiába törölgettem át mindent fertőtlenítő kendővel - hajszárító sem volt - a konyha felszereltsége minimális, a főzőlap jelzései lekoptak, 4-en voltunk, 4 fős apartmanról beszélünk, de pl. csak 2 db kiskanál volt, hiába kértünk, 1 hét alatt nem sikerült pótolniuk - takarítás, törölköző csere 1x volt, még a szemetet sem vitték ki

Good price and Central location
We were four people sharing a single room. The apartment is very centrally located not far from main street and the bus stop Stadiona. We never felt unsafe even when came home late at night. Large spaciious rooms with a kitchen. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. We feel welcome and safe during our stay. The down side was the beds. They were really hard and springy making it hard to sleep comfortably. Prior to that 3 people shared a single bed. We ended up buying an inflatable bed and had one sleep on that instead. Not to mention the sleeping couch that made a noise when moving sides. The bathroom equipment needs to be changed too: The watertap was difficult to turn on so we ended up splashing water everywhere each time we were using it, since we had to exert so much force turning it on before we could readjust the water speed. The shower holder was limp too. The cleaning lady didn't clean the rooms properly either, as the floor was covered in sand after her visits. Therefore many times we refused her to clean the rooms. Buss Tickets: 1.30 Lev/trip in Sunny Beach and Nessebar area 6 Lev to Bourgas 12 Lev to Varna 1 Lev in Bourgas Centrum
