Great location and the facilities are good, you do need a car though as it’s a long walk into town. Staff were very friendly and helpful, I loved my room but thought that given its size it could have an ensuite.

The room looked and smelled very clean on arrival . Communal bathrooms and showers were also kept clean. Easy friendly check in and check out. Overall enjoyable stay 😊

Great place to stay half the price of any hotel around the area but cannot smoke on the premises everything would be 5 stars but you can't smoke so coming from a smoker I just can't rate it 5 stars apart from that tho great staff, great room, great everything you just can't smoke on site.

We stayed as a family of 3 in one of the kitchen units for 4 nights while exploring Nelson. It was surprisingly quiet for being right in town and close to the centre. It’s a very small motor camp with not much green but it is very clean and management are extremely friendly and helpful. We would come again. Very good value for a tidy, central location with friendly service.

Tiny tiny tiny cabin. Good size to rest your head but that’s about it. No floor space. No hooks. No chair. Definitely not big enough for 4 people. Watch out because pictures do not show accurately how small the cabin is. Clean. Great facilities.

The kitchen and bathroom amenities are inadequate. Instead of charging for dishes and cooking utensils, a returnable deposit would be more practical. Requiring guests to return dishes to the reception is inconvenient and even hazardous. Additionally, the water mixers in the kitchen provide only scalding hot water or ice-cold water, so it's necessary to seek out a suitable mixer. Towels should be readily available during check-in, as it's a basic necessity, despite the convenience for the staff to provide them upon request. It's also essential to ensure that soap and shampoo are accessible in the showers. The family bathroom lacks changing facilities for small children, which should be addressed to accommodate families more effectively.

Thank you for the informative review Antonio. We used to offer free utensils to guests but found these were either left for us to clean or the guests would take them with them. Our bathroom and kitchen facilities will be getting a revamp and we can't wait. We really appreciate your feedback and always take on board the comments we receive to help us constantly improve.

Basic budget sleeping accommodation with comfortable double & single bed. Shared Fridge/cooking and laundry facilities and bathrooms/showers in communal campsite block. Outside seating and communal bbq facilities. Approx 5 minute drive / 40 minute walk to centre of Nelson.

Friendly workers, clean and comfortable stay. Showers had no water or heat limit on then and had fantastic pressure! Perhaps a little expensive for what our cabin was, but great facilities on the site and located very central.

Our cabin was warm and cosy, staff had turned on heating before we arrived. The facilities were clean and tidy, and we enjoyed our stay.
