« I was under the impression that we would have an in suite bathroom, but that was not the case. A minor inconvenience. The room was comfortable, with a nice view of the river. Breakfast was simple, but if you want a hot breakfast, there is a cafe called The Roost right next door. It was a nice, relaxing weekend. « We rented this house to celebrate a friend’s Thanksgiving. The house was wonderful. Lots of room for the kids to play and stay entertained. The large windows let in so much natural light. It was just a wonderful experience. »

« The overall impression of this property was positive. The place was very clean and very comfortable for our party of 6 and we stayed only one night. On the negative side, whomever ran the dishwasher last didn't finish the cycle, and water pooled inside leaving a nasty stench for us when we opened it. Also not a biggie, but black ants were quick to pop out the moment any food was left on the counter. For using the TV's, I recommend streaming from your phone or bringing your own streaming device...

« The carpets in the house were disgusting and very dirty. I had to go back and put my flip flops on before going into the master bedroom. Beds need to be replaced they are lumpy and uncomfortable. Bedding in master should be replaced it is in pretty bad shape. I was surprise the kitchen cooking items were not in better shape or missing. « While this house is cozy and warm we did run into a few issues. First, this house is directly off of Hwy 6 which is a major 2 lane highway. After a couple of days the sounds of semi's became white noise but I would have preferred peace and quiet. « Lovely home just as you enter a gated community. The furnishings are comfy. Great deck and garage access. Could walk to state park and trails. Big kitchen. We left a note that the fridge water dispenser seemed clogged, the dishwasher soap dispenser wouldn't always open while on and we often had to do dishes twice. A raccoon got into garbage so not sure if there is a way to prevent this. These were just minor issues that didn't impact a fun and relaxing trip at a great location! »
