sejour HORRIBLE a cause du personnel AUTAIN de l'établissement vraiment il gâche tout je ne reviendrais plus jamais c'est la premiere fois que je vais dans un hotel et que j'ai envie de partir avant mon séjour tellement ils sont désagréable on croirait que c'est eux qui nous on payer le voyage et le service ainsi que la qualité n'est pas au rendez vous c'est dommage rien a voir avec celui de DUBAI qui est vraiment incroyable la qualité du personnel joue vraiment . Un conseil je déconseille cette destination les habitants ne sont vraiment pas accueillants aller claquer votre argent ailleurs je regrette vraiment d'avoir autant dépenser pour sa!!!

Restaurants trop chers pour qualité de nourriture. Choix végétariens très limités. Peu d'alternatives à l'extérieur du resort. Flat rate pour taxis non respectés, les prix changent au gré des portiers et chauffeurs. Tarif annoncé pour transfert aéroport-hôtel de 38.00$ US. Confirmé à la réception de l'hôtel. Portier nous dit que c'es 46.00$ puis chauffeur à l'arrivée veut 50.00$ et insiste pour pourboire en plus. C'est une arnaque. Pas assez de chaises sur la plage.

Inside hotel was EXTREMELY COLD I had to wear a jacket indoors Very long lines for breakfast in the morning, so be prepared to wait for your morning coffee, you have to take a cab to a Dunkin Donuts, the cab will cost you at least $25 one way You cannot walk to anything outside the resort, you have to get a cab which is very expensive, no UBER here, paid $20 one way to go 1.5 miles Seems like everyone here is trying to scam you out of money Everything here and I mean everything is super duper expensive, like double the price I pay in New York, paid like $7 for a soda, I’m not a drinker do I can imagine how expensive liquor is Every morning there was loud construction and drilling noises above my room making it hard to sleep (I did get a $150 comp) The water park was ok, many slides were closed All in all I feel you can get more bang for your buck at an all inclusive resort This resort looks great on TV but not worth it

Food was expensive. Certain areas under construction and 1 or 2 slides closed. The room had a clicking noise coming from the bathroom. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful. Beach was excellent and the marine life was awesome.

The property was immaculate! The the decor and ambience is surreal. The moment you walk in your taken a back by the beauty of the details. There is so much to do from aquariums, to the beach, water park and shops! Everything is a must see. The rooms are spacious is modern. The only downside is the beds are uncomfortable, there isn’t many gluten-free options, and there is much communication about what’s going on. You sort of have to wing it and find out for yourself. Must staff were friendly but some were rude. The resort is big so expect to walk a lot. Find food options are easy but the times are limited. I highly recommend.

Property was extremely beautiful but the food and transportation was very very pricey. Staff was great and had good customer service. Room needs to get regularly check before occupieing. But I love the resort

I loved the property, and recommend better signage to the different locations around the resort. I stayed at the Royal Hotel, and I did not know that my bed would not have a comforter. Throw blankets had to be requested, and bottled water was not provided in the room. Those are basic amenities for a high-end property. The security was visible and attentive. The staff was professional and cordial.

It was more than I expected the resort was amazing and so were the rooms. The water park was so much fun and the staff were super helpful and friendly. They have a great gym with new equipment. It was usually busy from 7am to 11am but overall was a great gym. The cost of food in the resort are pretty pricey but it’s like that all over Bahamas.
