I really wanted to like this space but unfortunately it didn’t work out for us. I booked this unit indicating that we had 6 people staying and on the first night, we were missing all bedding for the third bed and were only provided with 4 bath towels. I notified Goodnight Stay around 8:30pm that we were missing it and they said due to the late hour they couldn’t do anything. My two 6 foot sons shared the bare mattress with a small sofa throw for the night. When I reached out to Goodnight Stay the next day to let them know that it was unacceptable to not have a proper bed for the night and ask how they would rectify it, they just said sorry. It felt like they really didn’t care at all. A lady did show up with extra towels and sheets for sofa bed but again no comforter/blanket. I just went out and bought my own. There was also a sewer smell in the master bathroom that was pretty strong and unpleasant. We covered the drain with a damp washcloth for the duration of our stay and that seemed to help. From the pictures you can see that the unit wasn’t very clean. Main counters and toilets were clean, but they obviously don’t dust or clean floors well. I own a cleaning business so I try not to be too picky because I know how annoying it is when people are overly picky, but this was kind of gross. Check in & check out were very easy. Wifi was spotty the first night but then was good. Swimming pool was clean and nice. Overall though, I felt disappointed & like the owner didn’t care

Nice place but some challenges

Great location, super easy check-in and out process, & enjoyed not having to worry about a key & simply use the keypad codes.Only provided 2 bath, hand & washcloth towels provided per guest, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom & one roll of paper towels. There were 4 of us & we were there for 5 nights so even though we could utilize the washer, there were times it was inconvenient not to have a fresh towel. There were no dish towels in the kitchen so when we cooked there was nothing to dry the dishes with. The small kitchen wipes we were provided were just not adequate to clean a kitchen.Our microwave kept tripping & the only response was to find the fuse box and reset it. We did that but the microwave would only function for about 3 seconds at a time before it would trip again. Management wanted us to continue to troubleshoot rather than coming to fix it, also telling us they "had been having trouble with the microwave in that unit". After being without a microwave for 2 days, finally a new countertop one was delivered outside our door in the hallway one evening when we got back to the condo.The kitchen floor was dirty with food particles & hair when we arrived, & the leather couches didn't appear to have been wiped down. The fitness center was not as it appeared in the photo, for what it's worth.For what we paid, plus the fees, we had higher expectations for the service & facility. The convenience was great, but overall we would not choose this again.
