Very clean when we got there, and no problems throughout our stay! Loved how it was very locked down to make sure we stayed safe! Would definitely stay there again!

It was very clean, comfortable beds. Centrally located, only a few mikes from downtown.Problems: coffee pot didn’t work, had to go to McDonald for coffee every morning. Very noisy from train and street traffic, master bedroom blinds didn’t work, street light shined on my face. We were relocated to this condo, our original condo was under renovation and not completed in time.

Our family traveled to Nashville to attend the Music City bowl during the holidays. This spacious retreat was the ideal location being only minutes from downtown. Security seemed to be a priority with gated parking and coded access. The rooms were spotless and living area spacious. The only suggestion I have for the management is to consider an upgrade to the bed and mattress in the second bedroom.

The photos don’t do this property justice. This is our favorite VRBO of all time. Everything in description is true, plus view from balcony includes downtown. The only caveat is parking in downtown Nashville (expensive) which is why, We highly recommend the Hop on and off trolly, well worth it as you get an overview of Nashville and all the drivers are excellent. I now want to see Nashville again and would only want to stay at this condo.

Beautiful unit and the perfect set up for 2 couples traveling together! Only a short Uber ride to downtown. We would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends traveling to the Nashville area.

First, when you get to the property, they don't tell you that the entrance to the building is in the *back*, down a driveway. I had to call the property management agency, who then in turn had to call their local property manager to get the information. This involved doing a couple of loops around the block while on hold. Once there, the place was just as nice as the photos make it seem. You get two parking places, but it's tight with a minivan. It seems a pleasant neighborhood of condos, with many walkers, and it's quiet despite the proximity to Vanderbilt (20-25 minute walk). The building was also quiet, but sound carries inside the unit. We did not cook at all so I can't speak to the setup. If you're picky or drink a lot of coffee bring your own keurig pods; they mostly stock tea pods. There are nice touches like the prepared bottle of water in the refrigerator. There were a few minor issues, like the slat missing at the foot of my bed, the thermostat not going above 72 (I'm never cold but my parents would have been miserable), and the dimmer switches for the ceiling fans not working right (the fans are either off or on high, and the master bedroom fan sounds like it has a failing motor). A seven-digit code to open the door is absurd. Communication was great via text and phone. Go in expecting a nice place and hotel-style service rather than interacting with an owner and you will be pleased.

The apartment met all our needs. The location isn’t far from the Downtown/Broadway area. I suggest getting an Uber to take you. The neighborhood is nice, felt safe. There’s an Italian restaurant within walking distance.
