Loved it, for the most part. Walls & windows seemed paper thin. Heard, not only other people, but could hear vehicles outside. And we were on the 9th floor! Comfortable with good amenities & price. Bartender did not seem very personable & was slow. Still would recommend! Nice breakfast included also.

Had problems with payment. Charged my card 2 times one for 335 and another for 300. Then told me insufficient funds so me not knowing my card was ran 2 times already I gave them cash. When I went to check out of the hotel they said I needed to finish paying. I already gave them way more then what I was supposed to when I called them out on it and showed the bank statement they told me I couldn’t be standing up there and they would email me if they needed anything else from me. Do not recommend. The bar tenders were absolutely great tho.

This property is fantastic. It’s not only modern and clean, it’s so close to the walking bridge which puts you over the river into downtown Nashville. Safe area, feel safe, walking back after midnight. The stadium parking was blocked off and closed while we were there, so we couldn’t cut through but normally you can cut through and make the walk shorter. Also fantastic free breakfast. Have stayed there three times and will continue staying there.

THE TV RECEPTION IS AWFUL! You cannot watch TV. We reported the problem and were told that is the #1 complaint. Also low water pressure in the shower. Hotel's location was good for our visit. The bar was nice, restaurants food was good.
