Je suis arrivé tard le soir. Peu de choses à dire si ce n’est su’il est très bien situé, proche du centre et de Broadway. Le personnel à la réception est très serviable.

The room was clean and comfortable, we had an upper level room so nice view- used valet parking so absolutely easy- and all the staff from parking to room service and everyone in between, extremely friendly and helpful!

The property was very nice, clean and a wonderful restaurant and bar downstairs. It was walkable to Broadway but yet you do not have to have the noise of Broadway.

Hyatt Centric Downtown is a superb hotel, very centrally located, just 2 blocks from Broadway St, yet in a quiet, safe area and at a walking distance from many restaurants. This hotel has very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and an amazing front desk staff. I strongly recommend this fantastic hotel in Nashville.

It was a 5 minute walk to Broadway which was so convenient. Around the corner from the fabulous pancake pantry. Had a concert at the Ryman Auditorium and visited the Country Music HOF, all walkable. Can’t wait to go back.

Property location is very good and many parking garage available but expensive! the first night front agent (Julio) was not very customer focus and did not helped us the way other Hyatt Hotels and specifically Ryan at the same hotel treated us.

Location was great. Bed was a bit uncomfortable and pillows needed to be replaced. Shower leaked out pass the shower door causing the floor to become extremely wet. Staff was very friendly!!

The front staff was incredibly kind. We arrived in town early and asked if they could store our luggage until we could check in at the permitted time, and they instead gave us early check in without hesitation! This made our stay impeccable from the beginning and it remained awesome until we checked out. Location is perfect for walling to bars on Broadway, has breakfast options right outside the front doors, and is close to the pedestrian bridge, Bridgestone, the Hall of fame; and more. Thank you!

Great location in downtown area. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the waitress was wonderful. The internet seemed a little slow, but since I was on vacation I just stayed off it (and didn't miss it at all).

Property and the room were beautiful. We came in early on our arrival and were told our room would be ready in approx 2 hours. That changed several times. We were told to stay close as our room would be ready. Unfortunately the lack of communication resulted in us wasting the afternoon to get checked in. If they just told us you can’t check in until 4pm that would have been fine. They bought us lunch and drinks to make up for it.

The location was great. The staff was on top of it the room was clean. It was quiet. The bed was ok.
