The Space:
Indulge in a romantic getaway at this Nashville Riverfront Lofts hotel-style studio suite, designed for comfort and convenience. While there’s no full kitchen, you're surrounded by Nashville’s best dining—perfect for a romantic dinner before retreating to the plush king-size bed. End the night with a cozy movie marathon after a day downtown.

Located in a historic 1875 Nashville Riverfront Lofts building, this suite offers unbeatable access to:

Other Things to Note:
- No windows in this suite due to the building’s historic design.
- Due to its historical significance as a row building constructed in 1875, this particular suite does not feature windows. - Given that our building has historical significance, dating back to its construction in 1875 as part of a row building, on-site parking is not available. For the convenience of our guests, we recommend utilizing Metropolis Parking Garage at 210 Commerce Street. They have a sister site at 310 Commerce Street & you may enter/exit either of them 24/7. Both options are around $40/day.
- Security cameras are located above the front door, as well as in the front and back halves of the entrance hallway, monitoring these areas for added security.

We took a spontaneous weekend trip for my partners 50th Birthday to Nashville and the host Grand Welcome Nashville Team went above and beyond. They setup decorations per my request to surprise my man for his bday. He was very touched!! Access to the room was so convenient. The room was perfect for the two of us. Very clean and quiet. Not having a window wasn’t a concern, set your alarm. The location was incredible, at the end of the strip, but surrounded by all the entertainment. Across the street was a delicious restaurant called The Stillery and an ice cream/coffee and bakery shop. And for those who love Taco Bell, between the ice cream/coffe and bakery shop
. This Taco Bell was top notch!!! You get a band and margaritas We will definitely be back and found our place when we come visit!!!! Thank you Grand Welcome

The location was perfect. We walked everywhere on Broadway. The cost was unbelievable, especially for the location. The property was quiet at night even though there is a bar next door. We have already recommended this place to others and will stay here again when we come back! Best place to stay to experience Nashville!

Amazing location

Overall, pleased with the whole experience. Worth the money compared to hotels nearby. Not having a window in the room is a little weird because you can't tell what the weather is like but also nice and quiet. When you're in the room, you'd never know you were so close to the party! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for downtown but lots of noise

Perfect spot to stay for quick access to all the bars on Broadway and surrounding area. Was disappointed in the amount of noise in the room from the surrounding bars that lasted until they closed. Mostly the deep bass sound from the drums. Also the foot noise from whatever is over the roof of the room fluctuated between antelopes and elephants overhead. I realize that staying in the heart of downtown you should expect noise but since the prior reviews I read stated how quiet it was I was a little disappointed. Would totally recommend they put in a drop down ceiling with insulation to drown out the foot noise from overhead though. A full length mirror on the door and some door/wall hooks would be great for hanging up coats, bags, and wet towels. Some hand soap in the bathroom would be nice too. The bed was super comfortable and location perfect. Would recommend staying here but be prepared for noise

Location, Location, and a great place to stay too !

Arrived and had no trouble checking in and getting to the room. Must be very new, as it still smelled new. Quiet A/C and nice TV and Fridge. Very nice modern bathroom. Very comfortable bed too...Not having a window was a plus when we wanted to sleep late in the am and a nap in the pm. Also having no outside walls made it very quiet... Great little bar next door and everything else just steps away. We walked back to the room several times to grab things we forgot, made it easy and handy. The main foot/bike bridge to cross the river or just gaze at the skyline, just 2 blocks away. Owner, Britani was wonderful to work with. She was responsive and timely. Had a great time in Nashville Downtown !

Brittney is great to work with. I loved the location on 2nd St. we stayed in the small one bedroom. Was similar to a hotel room but with high end finishes. The only thing is it has no windows. But you are not in your room that often.

Great location - close to everything!

Super comfy room and bed, high quality linens and towels. Only complaint was lack of a window and no chair to sit down to take off our boots! We would highly recommend for price and location.
