The kitchen sink drained very slowly. The electrical plug near the nightstand didn't work. We had lukewarm water in the morning for our shower. We left after one night.

Solid inexpensive room with a stove and a fridge. Satellite TV, and I was there during a storm so the TV didn’t work, but the Internet connection was decent. Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in and check out. I would stay here again.

The queen sized bed should be replaced with a foam or foam topper added to the mattress. It’s just too old and worn to encourage a good nights sleep.

Two Nights in Candlewood
Everything was amazing except a few minor issues. When we first entered our room, it had a weird smell to it so we had to go out and get air fresheners for our two night stay. Secondly, on our final night, I was headed checking what time it was on my phone and turned the lamp light on only to find a roach crawling on the table next to the bed! My partner was a bit shook by that as typically when there’s one roach, there are more. Lastly, the stove didn’t even work in our room so we didn’t have access to any form of cooking and on top of that, they didn’t offer breakfast at the time. It would’ve been nice to know before hand otherwise, we would’ve found an alternative as breakfast is an important amenity for us. Regardless of all of this, I’d give our two night stay a 7/10!

The elevator wasn’t working. Having a conversation with other guest that have been there the last few weeks said it hasn’t worked for quite some time. when asked about when it would be repaired the clerk stated tomorrow. Well tomorrow never arrived. Ice maker In fridge wasn’t working also and Room smelled very musky/moldy .

Elevator was broken, queen mattress needs to be replaced and hotel store needs to be restocked. TV remote difficult to work. Desk unwilling to help when asked with said remote. Only reason bags were carried up was because I asked for a reduction in nightly rate. No help with departure. Disabled vet almost fell with bags going down with leaving. Holiday Inn hotels should be ashamed of this property. Would not recommend.

Had to change rooms first night because they put in a room that was supposed to be closed because the tv didn’t work. They actually admitted they should not have given me the room. Saw 2 cockroaches, no hot water and the only elevator was broken the night and next morning when I checked out( I was on the 4th floor) not a very relaxing stay after working all day! Would not recommend
