« We loved this house. Sure, it is rustic (as the title says), but we loved the vibe. The architecture, exposed wood, and white floors felt like a 60s surf bungalow. The house is interesting and there are some quirks, but nothing that had any impact on our stay. It was clean and well appointed where it mattered- the linens were clean and fresh, the kitchen and bathroom were clean, the mattresses on the twin beds seemed new. It was walking distance to the little town, beach, playground, Sconset...

« My friends and I came for stroll weekend and had a great stay! The house is well stocked and enough space for 6 adults to sleep comfortably. We didn’t bring a car but was able to walk into town in about 20 minutes, take the island bus or Ubers. The house also had bikes but we did not use since it was winter. 45 Surfside bakery is also close to the house for coffee and breakfast. « On Nantucket for the very first time for our daughter’s wedding, this home suited us and our adult children and their spouses perfectly. It was spacious, immaculate and welcoming. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Plus, enough bathrooms for all of us to get ready for the rehearsal and wedding festivities simultaneously. « Lovely home, private beach, had a great time. People should be aware that the airport is next to the property so there is noise from takeoff's & landings, fairly frequent, however it does not spoil the stay. Due to closeness of the beach the first floor was damp including the sheets and any clothing but you can use the dryer. A dehumidifier might help. Overall a great location and home. »
