« The place where it was located was very convenient »

« We did not stay at Fun World Plaza Hotel and chose to book alternative accommodation after seeing the condition of the property. The staff were unhelpful, and communication before and during our arrival was poor. The room we were shown was dirty, and the bedding appeared to be in poor condition. « Emplacement pratique pour l’accès à l’aeroport. Wifi payant dans les chambres. Certaines chambres sont un peu vieillots »

I made a mistake and booked on October 12th the 13th because I arrived at 4:50 a.m. as opposed to booking October 11th October 12th on a non-refundable hotel room when I realized what I did I called them and they let me stay in the room from 6:00 in the morning to 12:00 in the afternoon to catch my cruise. They were extremely healpul arranged a taxi for me to get to the cruise port and we're great...

Our room was very close to the lounge area and quite noisy in the evenings. We also found very limited vegan options. The most disappointing part was the service at the poolside restaurant. Our order was mixed up and the staff didn’t seem very concerned about fixing it, which was surprising since people in Fiji are usually...
