Hotel with access to all, no security. Anyone who wants to enter the hotel is free to enter. Room not clean at all. Very poor maintenance. Hole in the sheets, shower curtain. Very stiff towel and old furniture and equipment. Cooker without indication for use. Poorly equipped, no wine glass. The Hotel seems modern but the photos are more beautiful than reality. A worst and regrettable stay

Très beau séjour en famille. Hôtel très propre, autant dans les airs communes de l’hôtel (couloir, ascenseur) toujours propre et odeur de sent bon agréable, autant la chambre malgré qu’un petit rafraîchissement des meubles du salon et la peinture serait requis. Directement devant la plage avec quelques commodités de base autour. Manège à côté de l’hôtel et à 2 min de marche du début du boardwalk. Je recommande pour un séjour en famille !

The staff are truly amazing! AC in good shape, hotel is clean. Kitchen appliances could be upgraded but hey, it worked. Stove didn’t have the temps on them but we quickly learned where high was!! View and ease of walk to the beach and the lovely staff makes this our go to place!!! We’ve been twice so far this year and planning another trip in July.

Parking for check in is limited. The new building looks good, however, there's an older one too. The rooms are big and view is nice. Front desk and room cleaning crew communication is not great. The cleaning crew basically didn't know the room was occupied. She' just entered without knocking. Overall, we're satisfied.

Our room had an amazing view but was in poor condition The furniture was very battered and old, there were significant areas of damage in the unit.The beds were comfortable and the place was fairly clean. Would probably not stay there again

Nice pool area on the beach. Expect noisy bikers if on a Thursday,Friday,Saturday. Front staff at check in made you feel like you’re a inconvenience.

This hotel was very clean. Our room was great, very quiet while we slept. The beach was clean and close to the hotel. Plenty of pools if we didn't want to go to the beach.

Nice property steps from the beach… the floors were a little dirty and some very minor cosmetic issues in the bathroom the room itself was nice… would stay again without any hesitation!

Property was unsafe and violent and hotel security guards did nothing when fights broke out in the parking lot and turned away from it and went back on their phones after gingerly trying to stop what was happening. DO NOT take your kids here, if you want a "Nicer" spot in the Ghetto to stay then yes this is for you but dont expect hotel to be safe

My partner and I stayed for a few days and we were absolutely impressed. The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was well-maintained. One of the dishes in the room still has pasta stuck to the bottom when we got there, but there's a dishwasher in the room we stayed in, so it was an easy fix all. There are multiple pools and hot tubs to use. There are multiple restaurants nearby (I recommend Johnny D's for breakfast and Ramando's Italian Restaurant for dinner).

The view from our balcony was beautiful. The housekeepers did a great job except sand was on our floor before and throughout iur stay. The thing that completely ruined our last 3 days was that a nearby room had people smoking cigarettes and marijuana and vaping nearly non stop out on their balcony. The smoke was bliwn right into our room causing us to not be able to enjoy our balcony or even leave our sliding door open. The GM was condescending to me about the situation even though I explained that my husband has a terminal illness and we came to enjoy the fresh ocean air. BEWARE: this resort is NOT a non smoking resort as advertised.
