It's located near to Agios Sostis beach which is wild and windswept. It sits at the nothern mouth of Ftelia's bay.

The Space:

Pack your bags and book your holiday travel to this amazing little corner of quiet paradise on the magical and exciting island of Mykonos.

This lovely apartment is decorated in soothing, crisp colors and comfortably accommodates four guests, including a family with two children. A portable crib is available as well! There are two very spacious bedrooms and one bathroom. The twin-bedded room is pleasantly and charmingly decorated for children, but it's sure to please guests of any age! The double bedroom is equally spacious with the bonus of french doors leading directly to the vast, wrap-around balcony overlooking the extraordinary blue sea below.

We provide all of the necessary linens and towels, so all you have to pack are your holiday clothes. Don't forget your swimsuit and sunscreen!

The apartment's kitchen is well-appointed with all of the necessities so you can cook while on holiday. Adjacent to the kitchen is the combined living and dining spaces stylishly decorated and perfect for relaxing while on holiday. This beautiful living and dining area opens directly onto the large balcony where you can enjoy the early morning sun as it rises to the east over the ocean or sunset as it dips to the west. As beautiful as the apartment is, the view is incomparable and unparalleled!

As for entertainment, don't worry. House is just 1km far from Panormos Beach (Principote), 200 meters away from the Agios Sostis beach and only 6km from Chora (Mykonos town). Kiki's tavern is located also at Agios Sostis beach, which is a traditional Mykonian tavern that serves traditional Greek food.

ABOUT AGIOS SOSTIS

Named after Saint Sostis, the patron saint of sailors, Agios Sostis is regarded as one of the best beaches on the ancient island of Mykonos on this quiet and beautifully unspoiled side of the island. A tiny white church overlooks the beach which is as remote as it is stunning. The pristine blue waters of its bay are protected from the island's typically strong winds while beautiful Grecian hills and landscape surround the bay. You can reach the beach from a short path off the road. There are no loud bars or taverns in Agios Sostis to disrupt the beauty of the seaside - just the sounds of nature and the ocean. While the beach doesn't offer any amenities, there is a small tavern tucked into the hillside for a nice meal.

Take the other path off of the road, and you'll arrive at the equally lovely Panormos adjacent to a small fishing village.

ABOUT MYKONOS

Mykonos is one of the most famous and cosmopolitan of the Greek isles. It is home to just 10,134 full-time residents living mostly along the island's west coast and namesake town on an island of about 33 square miles. Mykonos is known as a holiday mecca of vibrant nightlife, picturesque Grecian architecture, and fabulous beaches. There is something for everyone on the island including nightclubs, boutiques, restaurants, and taverns scattered among charming fishing villages. Like most of the Greek islands, tourism is its most significant industry. You can expect about 300 days of sunshine a year and a typical Mediterranean climate.

We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government. From April to October, all guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee. This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.

The fee is:

€8 per night for apartments

€15 per night for villas

Please note:

This amount is not a charge from us, and we do not profit from it in any way.

Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.

Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.

We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
