« We had a lovely stay at the Isabella by Viadora. We rented the "Exclusive Apartment" (3 bedroom, 3 bath) for two weeks over the summer and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was even better than advertised (which almost never happens!) and we were so happy with our decision to rent there. We've stayed in Polanco previously at a major hotel, and it was so nice to have a boutique experience with all of the major amenities of a hotel.

I found trash under my bed, a used cotton swab next to the bedside table, and dust in the corners. I was really not impressed in this regardâprobably one of the dirtiest rooms Iâve stayed in at a 3- to 4-star hotel."
