I had an issue with the safe and hair dryer and they resolved it quickly and professionally. I felt really cared for! It was safe, large, comfortable (those beds were incredible) - everything we needed to enjoy our time in Mexico City. »

« The property was great but some of the furnishings were not very good. 2 of the dinning room chairs and 2 of the island stools were extremely wobbly. One of the chairs even broke entirely under the weight of someone in my group. The bed, the toilet seat, and the bathroom sink were all very crookedly installed in the queen bedroom of my accommodation. « This apartment complex is beautiful, has all the amenities you need and in a great neighborhood. The apartment itself was very clean and stylish. Our only complaint is that the bed was not comfortable, the mattress needs a memory foam topper or replacement. We had a sore back every morning! Other than that we loved the place »
