« Worst hotel night ever. The only reason why people should book this hotel is because they have one of the most beautiful onsen in Japan, just on the side of the river. « Acceuil très chaleureux, onsen mixte le matin et tard le soir. je vous conseil de prendre le repas du soir a l'hotel et le petit déjeuner c'est fin et excellent. Nous avons passés deux jours exceptionnels dans un environnement totalement Japanais. »

« Great spot away from the busy Tokyo area. The rooms and the hotel is special in its own way and has a lot of character. Felt like being in my grandparents home. Really enjoyed staying here and it made it incredibly easy to walk to and from the train station to get bus tickets. Would definitely tell friends to stay here in the future. »

« Wonderful and magical place , the staff has been so kind and patient with us. The private onsen is fantastic. My husband and I have stayed there for two nights and enjoyed thé variety of food for our 2 breakfasts and dinners. We strongly recommend ! »

« Un grand merci au personnel de ce ryokan qui a tout fait pour nous accueillir comme convenu malgré l’absence de notre réservation. Celle ci nous avait bien été confirmée par hotel.com mais apparemment le nécessaire n’a pas été fait auprès de l’hotelier. Pour ce type de logement je ne peux que recommander de réserver en direct. Très joli cadre, logement spacieux, les,bains très agréables et les repas soignés. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement, nous y retournerons bien volontiers. »

« This is one of the best resorts you can possibly stay at. Everything is 10/10. It is all in one for everything you need. Note that the area it is in only has hotels for the most part, so it is difficult to get to a convenience store if you have no car. About an 8 minute uber which will run you about $20 USD round trip if you need something. Although often the resort has all you need. And they have bus service for free to the ski resort. I couldnt praise this resort more highly. »
