« Wonderful property, perfect for a week-long team retreat with 15 guests. Plenty of space to spread out and also areas to come together as a group. The local Samson Waters property management team (Marina and Jair) is super responsive and immediately addressed all requests. They also made several recommendations for us including activities, a caterer (Chef Ceci is awesome!), and baby furniture rental company. Great overall stay and experience! »

« We had a lovely time here, this is a beautifully designed home with big sliding doors out to the pool and beach and sweet courtyard beside the stunning staircase ! The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable. The wind can be very loud in some of the rooms. The kitchen was large, lovely and easy to use, pots were good, lots of tupperwear, knives adequate and lots of cutlery, but not a lot of mixing bowls etc. and not well stocked with food basics. « We had a wonderful stay. The house is exactly as pictured. ...okay maybe not exactly, but I've rented enough beach houses to understand that it's impossible to avoid some wear and tear from the salt air. During the time we were there we were able to view both the sunrise and the sunsets from over the water. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and also being able to use the pool. « We had an excellent stay at Grand Chelem with our two families. Alvaro was always available for any questions or concerns we had. The house is very new and well apointed with tons of space for all of us. Almost every thing we needed was available or was quickly brought to us. Having a car at this location is a must as it is pretty secluded. The town of Chelem is not far but has limited resources. Progresso is about 30 minutes away and is where you will find the best grocery stores and...

« Such a pleasure to stay at Playanet! The host, Muriel, is there for you 100% with every concern wiped away immediately. Everything was as it should be with the apartment matching the photos you see (very uncommon in my past experiences). Right on the water with beautiful landscaping. A real oasis to relax in and walking distance right into town. Will visit again. »

« Wonderful, peaceful spot for a visit to Merida! My husband and I, and another couple, stayed three nights at this beautiful modern home, and we can't wait to return. When we arrived, we found everything to be spotlessly clean, and nearly everything in perfect working condition. All the kitchen items we needed were provided, and appeared to be brand new. « Fantastic Hacienda, big patio, fruit trees (mango, figs, papaya) and a Ceiba that is easily 200 years old. Hammocs everywhere, tens of different "ambience" to pass the time, enjoy the stay and the property. Pool, Jacuzzi and all amenities. Close to La Casa del Pueblo and the big mercados.
