We understand your comments regarding the garage, unfortunately this is not possible for our hotel due to structural requirements. Accordingly, we cooperate with a parking garage and offer our guests a 50% discount. We will also review your comments regarding telephone availability and the relevant email correspondence and improve the training of our staff. We are more than sorry for the inconveniences caused and we very much regret that we were not able to meet your expectations during your stay.
We are more than sorry that you did not like the mattress of our beds, that the AC did not work properly and that the requested pillows had not been brought to your room. Please rest assured that this is not our standard and that we have already shared your comments about these inconveniences with our Management to investigate how this could happen.
Additionally we would like to apologize that our colleagues from the Service upon the breakfast were not attentive enough on the two days of your stay. Please rest assured that we will discuss that as well with our F&B Manager for further staff training.
We really much regret that we have left you with this feeling and that we could not turn your experience to a good one upon your stay.
It would be our pleasure if you would give us a second chance and we may welcome you back again. We would like to show you that we can do better and we really would like to convince you of our Collection service.
