Hôtel bien situé en face de la gare mais pas de parking Par contre service un peu limite Grande difficulté pour les joindre au téléphone pour avoir des renseignements avant séjour Cela c est confirmé par la suite car nous avons oublié un vêtement en chambre et impossible d avoir une réponse professionnelle de l hôtel 3 mails envoyés et des réponses vagues : nous allons verify…je n étais pas là ce soir là … Ce n est pas le service qu l on attends d un hôtel premium Mon dernier mail est toujours en attente de réponse Très déçu et pas digne de la chaîne NH Hôtels

Très bon hôtel, il a été rénové dernièrement et le résultat est très bon. Le personnel est à l’écoute et beaucoup d’options sont disponibles pour le petit déjeuner. L’emplacement à côté de la gare est idéal pour se déplacer et le fait qu’elle soit en travaux ne gêne en rien.

Disappointing hotel
Where to begin? Bed were not confortable, we could feel each spring from the mattress, air conditioning was not working properly, reception were notice but was not fix during our stay. It was really hard to sleep. We also asked at the reception to get 2 small pillows which were never delivered to the room. For the breakfast, they are supposed to go to each table to asked if you wants eggs, they did it the first day but not the 2 others one. This is not the kind of service you expect from a 4 stars hotel. I can't recommended this hotel and will avoid it at any price

We are more than sorry for the inconveniences caused and we very much regret that we were not able to meet your expectations during your stay. We are more than sorry that you did not like the mattress of our beds, that the AC did not work properly and that the requested pillows had not been brought to your room. Please rest assured that this is not our standard and that we have already shared your comments about these inconveniences with our Management to investigate how this could happen. Additionally we would like to apologize that our colleagues from the Service upon the breakfast were not attentive enough on the two days of your stay. Please rest assured that we will discuss that as well with our F&B Manager for further staff training. We really much regret that we have left you with this feeling and that we could not turn your experience to a good one upon your stay. It would be our pleasure if you would give us a second chance and we may welcome you back again. We would like to show you that we can do better and we really would like to convince you of our Collection service. We will then do our very best to make your stay extraordinary. Très bon hôtel
Hôtel tres agréable et bien placé pour un weekend à Munich. En face de la gare, accès au métro et tramway aux portes de l’hôtel. Chambre tres propre, silencieuse avec bons services. Seul bémol, le wifi n’est pas gratuit pour visionner netflix ou autre... (gratuit uniquement pour navigation web et mails)

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The location was directly across from the train station and walking distance to Marienplatz and Augustine-Keller which was great. Room was smaller than the NH in Berlin mitte, but met our needs. Would stay again.

Great hotel to stay at in Munich, located very close to the central station which allows you take the train from another city or the airport. Its location within Munich allows you to get anywhere in the city without ease as its also close to all the transportation types. Hotel rooms were clean and modern which is great! Would definitely stay here again if we were in Munich.

Muy lindo tener terraza con magnífica vista pero solo un elevador sube al piso 16 y a veces había que esperar más de 10 minutos el elevador específico. El personal del hotel usa el elevador de forma indiscriminada (ejemplo para un solo piso). Un día a las 3:30pm no habían limpiado el cuarto y tardaron 1 hora en enviarnos toallas limpias!

The location was good and bad...it was centrally located, which was great as it was within walking distance of all the interesting attractions, but it was right across from the train station so it was very crowded. Getting in and out to check in/out is very difficult if you're driving as there just isn't any space to do so. We had to use handicapped parking. In addition, parking is offsite and very inconvenient. On the plus, the staff was awesome...very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were nice, although a bit small, but there is an abundance of storage.

ミュンヘン中央駅を出てすぐのところで、とても便利。まわりにお店やレストラン、カフェもたくさんあるので、困らない。スタッフはとても親切で、雰囲気もよい。部屋はとてもきれいで、浴槽もあって、ゆっくり温まることが出来た。7階の部屋はとても明るくて、遠くにはアルプスの雪山も見えて、きれいだった。ミュンヘンに来ることがあれば、また利用したい。

Staff was great. Location is near all public transportation and next to the Lufthansa Express Bus stop for quick ride to airport. The buffet breakfast is phenomenal. Rooms are not cleaned daily, but that does save energy. Hotel has smokers out front constantly, which could be addressed.
