Wew stayed at the hotel for 10 days. The room was spacious and clean. Lanundry facility was reasonably priced and provided graet service. The cafeteria was great for breakfast and had many choices, the dinner at the restaurant was great.

Just right!
The Rodas Eco Hotel was ideally located for us in a safe area where there are lots of small cafes and shops, so we were able to walk out and explore. Our meetings were in various locations in Mumbai so the hotel was relatively central. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. It was great to be able to watch the world go by from the breakfast room. All of the staff were super-efficient and friendly. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip.

初めてのインドで不安でしたが、その不安は吹き飛びました。
チェックイン時のフロントデスクの方も、翌朝に来るはずの迎えがなかなか来ず待っていた時のドアマンの方も、とても親切でした。ビュッフェ形式の朝食も良いです。唯一、シャワーの排水が遅くて床にお湯が溜まるのが嫌でしたが、チェックアウト時に指摘すると感謝され、すぐに担当者に電話をしていたので、改善が期待されます。

Great Hotel
Hotel is clean and we were upgraded to a suite. Staff was friendly, prompt. We were on the 3rd floor but could barely hear the traffic, unlike some other hotels we have been to. Breakfast buffet had a good selection... Only thing is due to construction if you are travelling out to other areas of Mumbai you will spend some extra time in traffic. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Nice stay in one of best areas in Mumbai
Very good location. My executive room at the 4th floor was spacious. Bathroom a bit too small but it was okay. The Only negative remark: Check-in and checkout a bit too slow.

Lovely hotel, seriously let done by poor service.
Was disappointed to arrive around 5.30pm to be told the room was not ready, we had to wait for approx 25 minutes, in which time we were not offered a drink or anything. Once in the room it was amazing and could not be faulted. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Sadly again breakfast service was poor, after asking for black tea we waited 25 minutes and then had to ask again before it finally arrived. The food choice was good, although someone should check how fresh the bread stays, and they seemed to struggle with poached egg. One guy on reception was lovely, as was the room service guy, but by far the most polite and professional member of staff was the doorman, move him to the dining service team he could really show them a thing or two.

Very rude lady manager.
Overall the stay was good but the front manager was very rude on the last day our checking. The lady manager should not be associated with the hospitality business. I forgot the name of the lady, but the management can check their records and to find out the name of the lady manager on Dec 23, 2017 at 10:30AM. Sanjay H

Good location. Hotel just OK at most.
Internet speed and water pressure varies. Shower isn't a nice experience because water temperature keeps changing. Also some noticeable mould in the shower. My room was a joint room so I could hear conversations from a next room clearly. On top of that one night I was woken up by staff member at 1:30am because some other guest was complaining about some noises coming from a different room. I haven't heard an apology and I was referred to as 'he'. Food menu limited but tasty. Staff overall friendly and welcoming. Good for short stay but I would not recommend for a long business stay. Will not use again.
