« Excellent hotel, comfortable, nice designs, but sadly I experienced a flooding in the bathroom just taking a shower. Arrived Very late, tired and this happened. Phone was not working, rooms in a basement had not network thus I had to go to reception at midnight to ask for help. They gave me another room where the heater was turned on at 32 degrees! So impossible to sleep straight with such heat (even the walls and bed were extremely hot so no time to cool down. The personel tried to help bit...

« Etrange hôtel. Restaurant, bar et petit dej très correct. La chambre côtoie le meilleur et le pire. Le pire : beaucoup d'eau sur les rebords intérieurs des fenêtres, un radiateur vétuste et bruyant. Ma chambre était inaccessible par l'ascenseur, il faut encore grimper un étage à pied. Ensuite le bruit de l'ascenseur fait trembler le lit. Horrible. Le meilleur : disons le wifi. »
