Communications with the owner/manager were easy and they were responsive to questions. Check in was easy. There is a dedicated parking space which was nice. « Cute basement apartment in downtown San Jose. The owners were friendly and accommodating so was their dog). Booked for attending an event at the convention center. The convention center was pretty easy to get to in about 10 minutes. Beds are firm, kitchen has what’s needed for cooking, the shower is a good size, and it was easy to connect to WiFi. The price was great compared to the hotels in downtown San Jose and the apartment is much larger than just a hotel room. »
