Older hotel thats been updated and refurded rooms. Don't get room near elevator , not loud but a steady vibe when its in use

The sign is broken when you enter property. The grounds are not kept. Weeds, and looks run down. The bar was not opened Sunday evening and would have had to go in ballroom where an event was taking place to purchase anything. The internet for streaming was very slow in evening. I pulled the sofa bed out to use the sheet but could not due to the fact it was dirty and the mattress had horrible stains on it. Housekeeping did bring me an extra blanket and sheet as requested. Over all it was a place to lay my head and take a shower but needs to be upgraded and grounds could be more presentable.

Outside was poorly maintained but inside was clean. Elevators were noisy even halfway down the hall. Guests were noisy as well, but this was out of hotels control. Overall, hotel met our needs and was a decent value.

The rooms seem to be renovated and are comfortable, beds are ok . No bottled water in your room unless u ask for. If u want coffee in the mornings u have to pay for it from the Starbucks on site that may or may not be open. Took stairs to 9th floor to avoid elevator, I heard on arrival that someone got stuck and the phone wasn’t working. All in all it’s not terrible.

Booked the hotel because of the restaurant & bar. Very disappointed in the actual restaurant & bar. They had limited offerings and bartender didn’t know how to make anything. Room was ok but bathroom was poor. Barely had hot water for shower. You can tell the hotel is very old. Went to the “gym” and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.

We were in the room next to the elevators and heard them constantly going up and down till about 2 am. Also the Starbucks worker in the hotel didn’t speak English very well so we couldn’t communicate too well.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room smell of old smoke, the walls were very thin and there were many stains on the walls of the bathroom.

Was okay. You can tell it used to be great and is now just average. The hallways kinda smelled dirty and of marajuana. The indoor waterpark is an eyesore as it is closed as well as the top golf attraction. The bed and bathroom were clean.

Check for was 11am, howeve, around 9:00am, 3 police officers and 2 people from the fire department said I had to leave the hotel immediately due to many violations. They said they were closing the hotel down.

The surrounding area is great, plenty of dining choices around the hotel. Unfortunately, my stay was not very pleasant. No one came in to clean the room after we stepped out during the day and came back in the evening. I usually put all the trash by the door and fold the towels in a corner for housekeeping to take. When I came back, everything was still where I left it and I had no clean towels. I called down to the front desk and was told that there was nothing they could do about it because Everyone had gone home but that she would check. I never received a call back so I assumed we were not going to get any clean towels.

Property is located on the highway. There is a bar and topgolf located inside the hotel. Was a bit disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. Only there for 2 days on a work related trip. It got the job done.

If you are traveling for pleasure there’s no social scenery. The bar was empty and I wasn’t able to watch the NBA All Star event. The bar had four tv but it was connected via apps. The breakfast didn’t have enough portion. Just eggs and sausage turkey. Fruit and bread. If you just want to lay your head out relax then cook.
