« The name Divine Villa & Resorts is very misleading, there’s nothing divine or resort like about this place. If you’re booking this for the cheap price, just know that you’ll get what you pay for. The owner is responsive and seems to be doing his best, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. « DON'T GO THIS PLACE!!! It didn't say it was a house, it was advertised as a hotel. When I arrived, I had to share the same house with four other families, using the same kitchen and living room! DISGUSTING!!!!! And they charge like a hotel where you have everything private!!! »

« After I booked the place and got to the destination the owner changed the listing as not available. They ddid not call to notify me. I call the number they provided but the voice man was full. This location is not a hotel it is a house. Also the area of Newark seemed unsafe. It reminds me of the worst parts of Philadlephia. I was very disappointed and would like a refund. »

« They advertised Hotel but it was not hotel. It was room rental. 1. They instructed lockbox key password was wrong I was more then 20 min standing out side of house even in the raining dark night. 2. Inside room was terrible sink has the long hair & towel was looks like somebody used before. 3.during all night cabonmonixide beeping. I couldn't sleep. 4. Couch was terrible stain every where I can not sit on. It was nightmare in my entire life. »
