« Price was great, room was clean. Not a fancy place to stay but just what we needed to go hiking on the mountain. Check in was very convenient. Arkansas Razor Back decor was fun. Would recommend to anyone looking for a very affordable, clean room that doesnt need all the bells and whistles. »
« We arrived later in the night, the Night Audit gentleman was welcoming, professional and made check it very nice easy and smooth for us being tired after long travel. When we arrived to the room it was clean, updated and spacious. It was a great stay that me and my husband enjoyed with nice staff and overall nice hotel. Will be staying here again when we come back up. 10/10 recommend. »
« The staff is always amazing whenever we stay. The property can use some upgrades, especially the bathroom and the carpet. The 1st room we were sent to had a smell (like in moldy wet carpet) Immediately they got us taken care of and apologized. »
« The staff was the best around! We received fresh towels everyday and I was given a broom to clean up the room some. We were there for several days so the children did a lot of tracking and eating in the room. One thing I didn't like was the room size. I thought we would be given a suite with a sitting area. We only had an oversized chair. So nowhere for the kids to sit and eat. »
