Went with the family for a nice vacation along the Tuscany coast. I really enjoyed the hotel, the staff and the service was excellent. The rooms were large and we enjoyed the view over the grounds. The hotel has an outdoor heated pool which made it possible to enjoy, even if the days were not super warm while we were there. I would also recommend the private spa, which was a great way to end a rainy day of sightseeing. Breakfast is included and was generous and good. There is a nice courtyard where it is possible to have breakfast including a glass enclosed patio, allowing one to breakfast outside even when the weather was not nice. The hotel is also a winery and the former cellars have been nicely redone. We enjoyed the wine and they make excellent olive oil as well. The hotel is not far from Pisa and Lucca and their were several excellent restaurants nearby. Finally, the staff were all very warm and welcoming. Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.
