I think everything was excellent except the a/c and heater need to be updated. Some remodeling of the room with new carpet or flooring would be nice also. The room and bathroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The man working there, Andy, was very friendly and accommodating.

Just perfect- will be back!
Just perfect! We had a late check in but service was still marvelous and we felt very welcomed and was very well taken care of by super nice Andy! We got a great room with a working fireplace, big bathtub, comfy big bed and nice pillows! We brought our dog and it is definitely dog friendly (a small fee but it was worth every dollar) Easy to park and at no charge. Will definitely be back many more times! Thanks for a great stay!

Simple clean room, thin walls so you can hear everything but it was fine at night. The only issue I had was the door doesn’t have a deadbolt, just a lock on the knob and it didn’t seem too safe. Everything was clean though and nice for the price

Excellent for the price and location!
This place is definitely family owned! I'm not sure if the older gentleman was the owner or manager but he had his granddaughter waiting for a video call from overseas ❤️ it was so sweet! They have doggie biscuits for your vacationing furry family members. There is also the sweetest cutest little dog there sometimes! The lobby smells lovely, like incense and roses. The room was on the smaller side but you absolutely cannot beat it for the price and the location. It has a nice little wall heater that kept us toasty and we had no issues with the TV reception or the WiFi.Very very clean with attentive housekeeping! It's right across the street from Del Monte Center, and DMC is basically THE mall for the Monterey Peninsula. Be prepared for a little noise, this is right next to the biggest shopping center in the area and it's an older property so the walls are thinner. But it's entirely worth it. We will definitely be staying here again!

This is the cutest older motel around. I called and told them we would be in late, so they arranged for our key to be in a lockbox. The room is cute, I love love love the fireplace, it is gas, so no smoke smell. It is very quiet and the staff was super friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Room was clean enough and they exchanged bed sheets everyday. There were some restaurants and stores around. It is also convenient to access airports by car.

rooms were okay, a little outdated. you got two small bottles of water and snacks which was cute. the a/c for some reason was located in the bathroom and didn’t really work. they had an old school fan in the room so that means they acknowledge that the ac doesn’t work well lol. parking is tight but otherwise ok.

Friendly Staff, Very Clean inside and out and Great Location. Only disappointments were the firm mattress, cheap shower head and the door not having a deadbolt. We were not comfortable leaving valuables in the room while we were gone. Once inside, the door did have a security latch.

We were so impressed with this property! We had a king sized bed with a fireplace in our room on the first floor - what else could anyone want? The property itself has abundant, beautiful flowering plants all around it, some of which my groundskeeper-husband had never seen before. If we ever come back to this side of the country, we'll stay here, no doubt. The owner/manager and staff were extremely helpful as well. Thanks so much!

Property is about 10 minutes away from the wharf and museum, pretty easy drive. Check-in was quick. Rooms are a little older, but very clean and well taken care of. I plan to stay again next time we’re in town.

Facilities are old. Some of them are in bad conditions, such as faucet is leaking， shower nozzle is half blocking. There are quite of things need to be fixed or replaced.
