Resort was nice and quiet. Beach had seaweed in many areas but every morning it was cleaned by staff. Disappointment was at beach there were warning signs for sea urchin , water shoes recommended. That made us not want to go to the beach. Food is just average. The pizza is nothing at all what pizza should taste like. I've been to Jewel Grande in Montego Bay and they actually make brick oven pizza. The pizza here is a step up from school lunch pizza. Also, they could have more food and dining options. A lot of the food at the buffet was repetitive. There was a fun magic show for kids other wise nightly entertainment was lacking, especially for kids. Plenty of shade around beach and pools. Lazy river and water slide was nice for our 6 year old.Alcohol drinks were ok. Coffee shop was nice. Overall a nice resort but not the best

Although the staff were great the front desk was not effective. The property itself needs a lot of improvement starting with the leaky ceilings through out. I first entered my room which was freezing cold, even turning the heat my room never got warm. Until turning the air completely off and opening the patio door. Which having that open was a nuisance do to the view I had which was facing the resort/pool/garage or equipment shed. I informed the front desk about the temperature in the room and nothing was done same as the fridge not getting cold I informed them and still nothing was done. The television was extremely blurry on every channel and there’s plenty of dust on the night stand and furniture. I called the front desk to ask them to speak with the room next to mine because of the loud noises they made all through the night and again nothing was done o was told they check out soon. I went to three different floors to get ice because my floor the ice machine did it work and neither did the 3 under my floor. I informed the front desk ask well they told me to try the floor they were on or call room service 😡. I tried the floor which was floor 2 for ice and neither did their ice machines work. Called room service just for ice. Overall this was not the best experience and I would not recommend this property for adults who want a true comfortable clean quiet environment. Not to mention the smell of weed coming from different rooms. There’s a no smoking sign posted.

I believe that this place would be better if they update the hotel. I was not satisfied with the room. Where the toilet is located is very narrow. If someone is heavy set they cannot go to the bathroom comfortable. My shower head was messed up, water wasn't coming out strong. I was there for a week and after like three days if my wife and i didn't call the front desk no one was refilling the refrigerator. The only thing i like about the place was the food and everyone was very polite but the hotel needs to be updated.

The stay at this resort was great! The staff was welcoming and super friendly. Also attentive and responsive to all their guests, from the front desk to the waiters/waitress and other staff. The resort was clean. I enjoyed the convince of both the pool and beach being so close to one another. I would recommend staying here and I would most definitely come again.

First let me start with the good. The staff was really nice and accommodating (except for today, I never received towels to shower #stillwaiting) Also there was a strange smell in my room. They sent someone up to clean the air conditioning unit but it didn’t help at all. All though the staff was nice, I don’t think I would stay here again.

It was a pretty decent stay with a large group. Good for family for sure. Pool vibes were good, loved the Saturday pool party. Too bad it was only one day. The entertainment crew was pretty good. Some of the staff were kind of rude, some were nice. I don’t know if it’s just Jamaica but from the getting to the Airport, you can feel the bad energy is some people. We didn’t really let it affect our stay. We had a good time, the kids had fun, the lazy river and slides were fun.

Everything was great except for shuttle service. The resort site states that it’s available for $20 round trip; however, it wasn’t available and I had to search myself for more expensive options.

I had an amazing stay at this property for the 2nd time. They offer a lot of fun activities , great food and the customer service is great! If I had to choose something would be for the rooms to be a tiny updated. Besides that it was a great and comfortable stay.

I assumed Jamaican culture was very friendly, it was about 50/50. The check in process took way too long and there were many employees behind the counter - after long day of travel did not appreciate standing in line for over 45 minutes with twins that are 2.5 years old. No where to sit close by as there was so many waiting. Only circulated drinks one time and offered nothing for kids. Hard way to start vacation. Also food at restaurant was not very good - would appreciated some more options and also something other than chicken nuggets, fries, pizza and noodles for the little kids. Appreciated the smaller resort and how close everything was but only 2 slides and a lazy river is what they call a water park.
