« This property is in a quiet area away from the busy Assisi streets, but with stunning views of the UNESCO World Heritage site from below. Our host, Andrea, was very welcoming and friendly and provided helpful advice regarding parking and restaurants in the town. The room was clean and well-appointed while the property itself is spacious with lovely gardens and pool area. »

Le repas pris sur place est correct pour le prix (28 euros) mais s’il est trĂšs complet ne vous attendez pas Ă  de la haute gastronomie. Une petite dĂ©ception: que l’on nous fasse payer l’utilisation d’une serviette pour la piscine. Piscine qui est d’ailleurs gelĂ©e. Un sentiment de plĂ©nitude mais un peu contrastĂ© par ces points »

If you want to disconnect and relax this is the place for you, your friends and your significant other. The spa experience is amazing, and you leave with relaxed muscles and glowing skin. « We spent an amazing 7 days here in paradise! Location- an easy drive to the best towns that Umbria has to offer! We visited Perugia, Orvieto, Gubbio, Asissi, Spello, etc. The Agriturismo is located in an exceptionally private area, quiet, private, no traffic noise, only the peaceful sounds of the countryside. « Amazing small hotel great that it has additional indoors pool included in the proce of the room helps when the weather is not great as the outdoor pool is not heated. Great room even small one is including balcony and is quite spacious. Only improvement I would suggest is more choices in the restaurant as after 2 days of lunch and dinner you might feel like you tried everything. Pool menu is a nice alternative as you can order just a small sandwich btw amazing focaccia with mozzarella 😍 »

« We had the accessible room in the rear of the building and it seems like this was likely the nicest room. We particularly enjoyed the large shower with very hot water. The property was a close drive to Old Orvieto and parking at the town is convenient from the pay lot. The Agriturismo grounds are very pretty and peaceful and the staff are all so nice. Breakfast was typical Italian (mostly cakes) and enjoyed from the sunroom/deck. We have no complaints! Very nice stay. »

"The hotel and facilities were very good, the staff at the restaurant and the desk was very friendly and efficient. However, there was a constant lack of clean towels at the room, on day of arrival there was one large towel for two guests, the last day there were no towels at all. The staff at the reception was helpful on sorting this unecessary problem"
