« Bien que dans un environnement urbain l'hotel Bansko permet de trouver du repos. Nous avons bénéficié d'un changement de chambre avec upgrade suite à un problÚme de serrure. Le personnel était agréable, la chambre trÚs confortable, propre et calme. Nous n'avons pas pu tester la piscine étant arrivés trop tard, ni le restaurant. « It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly.
