« It was a lovely room, nicely decorated and good quality presentation of the room including the tea/coffee facilities in the room, but there were 2 things that let it down. Firstly it was a very cold room, the radiators weren't on in both the bedroom and the bathroom, and the aircon unit in the bedroom, which was also a heater was not that powerful, and also there was no heating in the bathroom, and with the very large porcelain floor tiles in the bathroom, it was freezing! « Good hotel, bed are confortable. Restaurant for the diner is good too. The breakfast needs to be improved. I should be able to select what I would like to eat & toast my breads myself. I lost 2 times more than 10 min in the morning to order & get what I want »

« Le quartier plutôt calme n’a pour seul atout que le pub authentique et agréable situé juste en dessous des chambres. Pas de restaurants aux alentours. Nous avons malgré tout, apprécié notre séjour d’une nuit. Chambre comfortable. »

« Nous avons adoré ce pub. Nous y avons pris un verre, nous y avons diné, nous y avons logé pour une nuit. Tout était parfait ! Le petit déjeuner était délicieux avec un large choix de formules. L'accueil était royal, notre hôte s'est montrée très accueillante et aux petits soins. Enfin, Ledbury est un très joli village so british. Nous y retournerons probablement ! »

« The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable, the breakfast was terrible, toast burnt black and poached egg was solid and in edible, staff asked if I wanted another, I said as long it was not the same as the one that had been presented too me, it never turned up after about half an hour so I left, never to return »

« The parking was good, always available . The room was pleasant. The food was good. The problems were - the position on a hectic main road, I didn’t see it mentioned on there review. The heat, though the weather was not hot you could barely open the windows and then had to shut them because of the noise of the traffic and then there was black mold on the bottom of the shower. The staff were pleasant though breakfast was not explained very well! »
