« The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

« We liked the property. The condo itself was very nice and we were pleased with everything except for the air conditioning. It wouldn’t cool the entire space. The evenings were quite hot and we were required to keep the small window unit on 74 at all times which we did. We had no idea where to drop the trash, and very little info on how to exit. « In short, we would stay again but there were pros and cons. Overall this is an epic oceanfront place and we had a great time. View from balcony, sunsets on the property, ocean noise and beach access were all 10/10. Wifi was fast and reliable. Parking situation and general grounds were very good. I did not care for the extremely thin window right above the master bed. Road noise woke me up a couple times each night without fail when some random person bombed down the street. Bed pillows...
