You cannot get closer to the beach or have a better view anywhere on the coast. This newly remodeled townhome is perfect for watching storms or hanging on the beach and is the ideal getaway for families or friends. Dine on the deck, go clamming, build sand castles, play games and watch the storms roll in, or just snuggle up on the couch with a good book, all is possible at the Tidepool Townhome. The entire house is perfect for extended families or mulitple families.

The townhouse has been meticulously redesigned and updated with a relaxed beach vibe. The huge picture windows giving amazing ocean views and brighten even the cloudiest days. The open kitchen allows family meals to be created while enjoying the fun. We have a large custom dining table for family meals. On sunny days grill on the deck or watch the waves, use the firepit in the back yard for making smores. With one kink bed, one queen bed and two twin bunks there is plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The primary bedroom has an ensuite half bath and the second bathroom is large and has a bath / shower combo. Studio 1( Sea Star) and Studio 2 (Sculpin) are great for extended family, allowing personal space and shared common spaces.

We use digital locks and the unit is on the top floor with private access.

This is a residential neighborhood set right on the ocean with only one road. There are no grocery stores close so please bring you own food.

Parking is directly in front of the house and to the north.

Please note that this is a townhome and the backyard is shared with two studios. The unit is the top floor. We ask that you respect the quiet hours and if arriving after 10 pm please enter quietly.
RESERVING GUEST + REGISTERED GUESTS
-Reserving guest must be 25 years of age or older to reserve the home and must provide government issued ID. The reserving guest is responsible for communicating all rules to the registered guests.
-Reserving guest must provide a list of each guest over the age of 18. These are the registered guests. No unregistered guests without prior approval.
PET RULES + FEES
Dogs are permitted by request and upon approval. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed and subject to additional fee. Guest must provide dog bed(s) and crate(s) or kennel(s). Dogs are not permitted to lay on furniture or bedding. They must be secured in provided crate/kennel if left unattended at any point. Guest must pick up dog waste and dispose of in waste bags that are securely tied.
PLUMBING AND SEPTIC
Absolutely no items other than human waste and provided toilet paper are allowed to be flushed down the toilets.
FIRES
Absolutely no wood burning or charcoal fires during seasonal burn bans.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITY
-Smoking of any kind, illegal substances and illegal activity of any kind are prohibited. Evidence of prohibited activities will result in fines and/or law enforcement.
-Criminal Activity Prohibited. Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property. This prohibition extends to use of the Property’s internet service, if any, for criminal activity, including but not limited to unlawful downloads of copyrighted material, including movies, music, software, or other material. We may cooperate with any investigation of alleged criminal activity that occurred at the Property during your stay.
-Parties and other events are prohibited at the Property. Commercial photography and filming are also prohibited at the Property without our express written permission. (If approved, applicable occupancy limits and other rules under Airbnb’s Party and Events Policy will apply, and additional conditions and fees may apply.) No tents or other structures may be erected on the property.
NO PERMANENT RESIDENCE
Guests agree that use of the property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that guest may not use the property as a permanent residence; and that guest’s permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the property.
ANIMALS
We accept assistance animals in line with Airbnb’s Nondiscrimination Policy. No other animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the property except as specifically authorized in your reservation. You also agree that we cannot and do not guarantee that no animals have been in the property prior to your use or that the property is free of animal or pet allergens, even if the property listing states that pets are prohibited or includes a similar description.
INDEMNITY
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Owner, and their respective affiliates, for and from all claims for property damage, personal injury, or monetary loss resulting from your actions or omissions, and the actions or omissions of other occupants, during or relating to your stay.
