un super logement pour visiter Milan
Un très agréable séjour passé dans cet appartement qui dispose d'une terrasse extérieure exceptionnelle très spacieuse et verdoyante. L'appartement est très proche du centre historique et est très calme. En plus il dispose d'un parking et le métro est à 50 mètres. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour visiter Milan.

The rooftop garden could be used even in March. It's a real treat in the middle of Milan to withdraw to this apartment and garden after a busy day in the busy city. Service and help from the hosts were superb.

A wonderful place
We had a great time staying here and the hosts were so very kind and accommodating. Just a few steps to a metro stop and everything we needed was very close and convenient. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return sometime in the near future.

Very central with a nice green terrace.
We stayed 3 nights at this place. Very convinient location with metro station almost on the doorstep. Some noice from the street, but not a big problem for us. And the gordious terrace more than made up for this. It is a green quite oase, very nice place to relax, eat and have a nigh cup.

Beautiful urban oasis
We loved this property! It is in an historic building, very quiet, adjacent to the metro and only a few minutes walk to the Milano Centrale train station. The apartment has a somewhat unusual layout, but worked perfectly for my wife and me. We especially loved the terrace! It is a very large private green space that was perfect for meals outdoors or a drink in the evenings. Gianluca and Guilia were wonderful hosts and very responsive. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect for our needs
We needed a 2 night stay on the end of our trip and this flat was perfect. Nice area and 30 min walk from Duomo. Clean, elegant and nice rooftop garden. Would stay again.

Comfortable and close to metro
Very clean, plenty of sleeping room, well equipped and close to the Lima metro station that made exploring Milan very easy. Definitely a safe building with an elevator to get up to the top floor. Lots of shopping within walking distance which is why we were there so this was perfect for our group. We did Uber to city center in a xl due to our group and it was only $22 American dollars which opened the whole city to us. Would highly recommend for a group of six to eight!

Garden City Escape
Only a quick one night stay between our transfers but I would do it again. Very comfortable and easy commute to train station. Grocery near by we were able to make breakfast in the apartment before we left. We enjoyed the roof top garden and sunshine. Perfect for our group of 7 with 2 children and 5 adults.

A Unique Rooftop Garden Apartment
This is a unique apartment with some wonderful features. First, and most unique, is the private rooftop garden space with an outdoor seating area, an outdoor dining table, a hammock and 25+ large citrus trees. Second, you are 50 steps from the Lima subway entrance. The apartment itself has a well-equipped kitchen. It should be noted that the floor plan is a little unusual when fully-occupied, because the only access to the front bedroom is through the middle bedroom. The communication with the owner was great and they even helped us to use their garage parking spot for an extra 30Eur a night.

Great villa for our family, terrace was beautiful and A/C in every room was great in August. Very convenient to the metro made the commute to and from the airport simple. A little grocery store just around the corner was perfect for everything we needed. Thank you Gianluca for being so attentive!

Relaxing stay in Milan
We had a wonderful experience renting this apartment overnight. The unit is within easy walking distance from the train station, with access to the metro running into the city center and close to shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed hanging out on the roof deck after dinner. Our communications with the owner was very easy. We’ll rent this apartment again, for longer next time!

The apartment was in a good location for us. It was about a 15 minute walk to the train station and about 30 minute walk to other key areas of Milan. The rooftop terrace was wonderful at night. The apartment was as listed and very comfortable. We would recommend it.

All of the pictures and descriptions were very accurate at the service/communication before and during our stay was impeccable. SO convenient to get to the subway and buses; less than a stones throw from the door of the building. Absolutely loved relaxing in the evening in the rooftop garden.

Has a beautiful large outside terrace garden that makes you forget you’re in a large city. It’s a bit far from the major attractions, but it’s located directly next to a metro line that will quickly take you anywhere you want to go.

Beautiful apartment with great terrace. Even though the place is not very big, it is very conventient and comfortabele for groups due to lay out. The kitchen is a little outdated but thats all. Recommended! The neighbourhood is lively, lots of shops and places to eat. And the metro stop is right in front. Central train station is 15 minute walk. The owner Gianluca is very friendly and helpfull. Thanks for having us!

Last Days of Italy Trip
This VRBO is centrally located to the subway, restaurants, the train station and shopping. This property had all the amenities that one needs for a short or long term stay. The patio/courtyard was amazing. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate for us to enjoy the patio, but during nice weather, a great place to be for dinner, drinks and sunshine. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Central location and crash pad, but thats about it. Super nice people so hard to be critical but the showers were filthy and really needed some attention. The place is obviously outfitted to be a vacation rental. Beds everywhere, no real social space, plates and glasses from a thrift store. I had higher expectations and was very embarrassed for my family. Good news was we were only there a few days. If the place were cleaned and decorated like a real apartment it would be charming.

Dear Bridget, I'm very sorry you had problems in our house. We live next door, and if you had warned us, such as problems with the shower or other, we could quickly solve them! Sometimes it happens that the person doing the cleaning does not notice something, and that's why it's important for the guests to tell us if something at home is not good. Very Pleasant Stay!
First, we arrived earlier than the posted check-in time and we really appreciated that we were allowed to come to the vacation rental right away (esp. after a 8 hour flight and 1 hour train ride!). The apartment is really nice. The terrace will absolutely be your favorite feature! We spent a lot of time on the terrace. Additional amenities that were very much appreciated were the provided linen, wine for purchase, A/C , WIFI, the elevator and the washing machine. We also heavily used the transit system during our visit and the apartment is steps away from the Lima station. It can get you to the main areas in minutes. I highly suggest this apartment. We were two couples and our stay was exceptional. We would definitely book again when we're back in Milan!

Wir (2 Familien) waren nur lediglich auf der Durchreise für 2 Nächte in Mailand. Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung! Die traumhafte Dachterrasse haben wir sowohl zum Frühstücken als auch abends nach langen Besichtigungen zum Entspannen sehr genossen. Die Übergabe verlief sehr unkompliziert und einwandfrei. Absolut empfehlenswert!
