« We stayed in a cabin so my comments only apply to our experience there., The property is very pretty, there is a pond or two, a shuffleboard course, a mini golf course and a playground or two. There was a pool but it was closed when we were there (late Sept). The two small issues that I would bring up are 1) the showers seem to be either completely hot or cold but nothing in between and 2) mattresses in the cabins are a bit stiff. Not a problem for us but it may be for others. »

« Overall, a nice place to stay. Coffee on the screened porch was awesome and relaxing. You have to drive quite a ways thru the state park to get to the house, on gravel roads. We didn’t have any issues other than there is no service, so screen shot your directions or be sure your gps is set well in advance for going and leaving the property. »

« Great comfy cozy cabin to kick back and relax. It was nice to get away from it all. We stayed 3 peaceful nights. We participated in the tractor show that was happening at Penns Cave which was about 45 minutes away. Would rent this property again! »

« It was a little hard to find at first but was a very peaceful setting with apartment over the garage. The beds were super comfortable and the furniture was very nice. Enjoyed our stay it was close enough to everything but far enough that it was relaxing. It was very reasonable priced was happy with the stay. »

« This cabin is located in a very quiet, peaceful area, which is fantastic for decompressing and relaxing. Keep in mind that it is a bit of a drive if you're looking for restaurants or shopping. Cell service is poor, as to be expected in the mountains, but there is wifi in the cabin with a strong signal. The cabin itself is very clean amd comfortable. You're renting the bottom level, while the host lives in the top level via a separate entrance. He is very kind and we didn't even notice him there...
