« If you're staying here, you better hope they don't have an event booked where there is going to be loud music. I totally understand having wedding receptions, etc. HOWEVER, they put us directly above the area it was booked in, and the music was so loud that we could hear every word. They were playing it until 11 PM, even though the music was supposed to stop at 10 PM. In my opinion, if I am paying for a hotel room, I should be able to go to bed whenever I want to go to bed. I shouldn't have to...

« The showers were not hot, the pool was closed when we got there, the breakfast is subpar and the rooms could have been cleaner. The staff was kind but not very knowledgeable. »

« Wrote before. Expedia booking stated breakfast was included. When we arrived it was not included. Needs voucher from front desk and they stated it was not included. »

« I liked the way the manager’s solved my problem with two rooms. I was being charged for two rooms when in fact I had one room. The manager on duty took care of a problem I created when booking the room. »

« Great breakfast, room was nice . Beds were getting old . But overall very nice . Was close to our conference »
