« The home itself was fine. But what made this stay so special was the spectacular location! It's about a 10-minute drive from Sitka, which makes getting in and out of town very easy. « This home on Japonski Island is a short walk into Sitka. It was amazing! Along with the constant views of beautiful Alaska out the walls of windows, this home is sparkly clean. Amenities are organized and plentiful. We were so comfortable that it was hard to leave! The owner was easy to contact and helpful. This property will not disappoint. « Located one house away from a trailhead for the Sitka Cross Trail (near a waterfall), and comfortably appointed with all of the comforts of home. Very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our party of four. Also located close to the best of three grocery stores in Sitka (Sea Mart); we enjoyed cooking some of our meals in the house and packing lunch for our hike. If we're ever back in Sitka, we'd love to stay here again. »
